Getting a referral from a doctor Lam office is like pulling teeth. Next to impossible to get a referral to see a specialist. Uuughh.

Great docotor and team I never feel rushed he takes time to listen and then decides the best course of action he not a one size fits all patients type of docotor.I would highly recommend him

I had to give a 1star rating on this review to do it but I really wouldnt even gave them any or I would have gave him a negative to show up set the doctor is never in the office his nurse practitioner takes out his appointment then she has to refer back to the doctor to get approvals and then they get back to you days later and then the office staff is so lazy they cant even transfer prescription from one Walgreens to another it took days to get that done. the office staff doesnt seem to want to do their jobs lazy they dont want to try and help people I dont even know how they can be able to work at his office my dad is so upset and hes a senior and his anxiety is through the roof how can somebody treat seniors like this it says if they dont even care??

took my mother to see doctor lamb on January 23rd if they prescribed her for medications that they still dont have either in stock or cant fill or transfer to a location that has her meds still sick still hurt and their office staff just dont care. Theyre 5 minutes late when they close at fourthirty ignored me and hid behind the counter she has been a patient for approximately five to seven years and they always charge her a missed appointment fee or $25 every other time she seen even if she didnt miss an appointment sick of it I dont like him transferring her doctors to somebody else who cares

Terrible staff and dismissive doctor. Im changing my grandmothers primary care physician immediately.

By far the best down to earth Dr Ive ever deal with he was my Dr for 7 yrs I had some test results come back they werent good he personally called me not his staff 5 Stars for Dr Lam

This doctor really takes time to talk with you and listens. it seems nowadays doctors keep their nose in the computer where theyre talking to you not this doctor. I find his staff really efficient and caring one of them even sat down with me and help me read the form cuz I could not read without my glasses I am lucky I found the right doctor at last and I recommend him to anyone. It is also important to point out that the staff follows his examples and care for their patients. The wait time is minimum the staff is strong and the doctor is both knowledgeable and truly cares about my wellbeing.Bottom line is youre in good hands with this team

I have been seeing Dr. Lam for 4 years now. I feel he pays attention to what I say and that is important to me. Most of his staff are very helpful. His current PA is great. He has a lot of good suggestions in helping me to control my diabetes. Sometimes it is a little difficult in getting my prescriptions coordinated between him and some of my many specialists but it just takes patience and in the end everything does work out. I feel he always has the patients best interest at hand.
