I loved dr Susan but the wait time on the phone is insane. My time is valuable also. I have a test result on my chart and I cannot access. Tried to call many times and never can get through. Phone system is the worst ever. No call back nothing. I’m done

I work in ICU and COVID hit hard. I was depressed beyond words. I spoke with Dr Behnawa and she was so kind. It was easy to talk to her. She never passed judgement and helped me. She started me on meds and worked with me while I struggled to find the right therapist. She is a true gem. Compassionate, empathetic and so intelligent. I will forever be grateful to of had her as my doctor.

Dr. Behnawa was, by far, the best primary doctor my father could have. She treated my father with respect, listened with purpose, and when she was done listening, she would ask what else she could help with, before responding. Never made my father feel like any of his concerns, or my concerns as an advocate, went unaddressed. And every step of the way, she and her team respond quickly, and appropriately. I could not have asked for a better doctor or team for my father.

Dr Behnawa is the only doctor I feel I can trust. I’m extremely pleased with her and also the new Sun City location. I like and trust her enough that we are moving my mother over to Dr Behnawa as her primary care as well.

She is very nice!! She listens to you but she sometimes forgets what she says she'll order(like medications) then we have to call back. Otherwise, AWESOME😊😊

Dr. Behnawa took the time to listen to all of my medical issues as well as the time to provide me with a plan of care to address these issues. She answered all my questions, described her plan of care in a way that made it understandable and finally asked if I had any further concerns or questions.
