This clinic is a scam. One of the ladies working there is incredibly pretentious. Has Dr villacastin sewn onto her scrubs and goes by doctor and yet- she does NOT have an NPI like every other physician I’ve ever been to. Perhaps she is a doctor in Vietnam, but it’s misleading to go by doctor when you don’t have so much as a license to practice medicine in California or even the United States of america. This scam of a clinic should be reported

Terrible office. Made two separate telehealth appointments and never received a call either time. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of the patients time. I am a current medical student and this is a prime example of how not to run a medical practice. I have changed my doctor, as this doctor clearly doesnt care about their patients.

So I had an appointment and the nurse practioner got upset because I wanted to speak to the Dr being I've been her patient for over 20 years. I just had Blue Shield and was up to date with all health concerns but just needed a referral. Ingrid took my call (the only person that ever knows what's going on) and she advised that Dr Grey would call back. I never received a call back. I had to call back 2 weeks later to have Ingrid tell me that the office sent me a letter saying they are refusing to see me and I need to select another Doctor somewhere else. All the while I still have a medical concern that requires a referral and I never received a letter. Im going to contact the board of health and let them know how this office really operates.

Office staff is rude and unprofessional. Non informative and when you ask to speak to the Doctor all you get is excuses.
