Poor follow up.I went to see the doctor and left a urine specimen.No one called back with a result.A week later I was hospitalized with severe urine infection. When I called his office,they were very rude.

Dr. Devendra is a highly experienced and caring doctor. He listens to the patients well and provides not only treatment, but support, confidence and strength.His statements mean a lot to me. If you need a doctor who thinks deeply about your condition, your case and you, then Dr. Ravindra is your Dr. He is not one of those Drs., who give you 3 minutes and on the fly examination/judgement. He will take time to get your big picture, from all your history/visits.I highly recommend him to all I know.

Horrible experience! Staff was very rude. Told me that it was my fault I hadn't made an appt, even though I had a card with the appt on it. When I spoke to the Dr, he defended his staff.

I was admitted to the hospital from the emergency room. Dr. Devendra was on call. He was kind, caring, empathetic, and patient. Dr. Devendra took a great deal of time explaining the situation to myself and my husband. Dr. Devendra made a very scary situation more bearable. I am eternally grateful. I got thru surgery and the recovery process due to Dr. Devendra and his staff.

Took forever to get an appointment. person on the phone said appointment could wait although autorization said it was urgent. It took a month to see the doctor! Staff was extremely rude during the appointment. Didn't explain you have to sign in down stairs so I waited for a long time. Eventhough two receptionist saw me sign in on their floor. Never got a call back. I had to call and once again had to deal with same lady that was rude during my appointment. I guess she was a nurse. Sure didn't seem like one, not profesional at all. It was hard to understant her, she had a really thick accent and raised her voice when speaking to me. And the Doctor didn't care that the entire staff was horrible. He told me that "wasn't his job". That his job was to deal with patients. Not the nurses and other employees. If anyone needs to see a urologist DO NOT GO THERE!
