List of In Soo Kim's Reviews
I am a current patient of dr. Kim, but not by choice. He happened to be the surgeon on call when I was brought into the hospital with a compartment syndrome injury in my lower left leg. While he may be a very good technician, he doesn't seem to care at all about the patient. He skipped required follow-up visits while I was in the hospital, and only continued follow-up visits once I was discharged until my insurance indicated he had billed them to the maximum allowed under that injury designation. Them he dropped me. He hardly spoke ten words to me during any of my visits, and didn't even mention the expected nerve pain during recovery, which is to be expected with this type of injury. Now that it is here, he is ignoring my requests for any pain medication. He is literally a butcher in that he treats his patients as if we are nothing but meat. No patient skills whatsoever. I'm considering pursuing a malpractice suit for needless pain and suffering. I gave him 2 stars for his technical skills only. As a physician he is pretty poor.
Great experience with Dr Kim very professional, all around from his staff, to his great care couldn’t thank him enough for all his help! Highly recommend this office and Dr.
I was a little nervous coming here after reading the reviews, but my experience with this doctor was great! He was very attentive, and honest. I came in to see Dr. Kim for my ongoing knee pain. He made sure he gave me all the possible treatments that may help my knee before even suggesting surgery.(Which is considerate since I've been to other doctors who do not look for alternate methods and just rush into the decision for surgery). I now have minimal pain on my knee, sometimes I even have no pain. 5/5 stars, thank you Dr. Kim!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
