I work in a medical facility just like the one Dr. Volpe works for. I know the ins and outs of the geriatric department and the authorization department. I have worked with many many doctors. Just because you have an MD title does not make you competent to treat patients. Everything is " your ok". Every phone consult is cut short. I have worked with talented Drs. With less experience than you and have diagnosed and are more humane than you. She has no idea what her patients are doing, taking, or what they need. Dr. Volpe if you have lost the passion to diagnose, treat, and care for your patients then please retire before you end up getting sued for negligence. Serra Medical group needs to know the lack of care you have been providing.

Don’t waist your time visiting this woman! Doesn’t even deserve the title of Doctor. This women threaten my grandmother she was going to put her in a home for homeless people. WTH!! Instead of doing her job ordering all the tests she needs to find out what medications she needs to continue taking and which ones she needs to stop... she only says “ of everything is good” All the visits were only for one reason... claiming money from Medicare! That’s all they do with Medi-cal Medicare Patients. Visit after visit to get money.

You have appointment at 11:00am you have to wait 2 or 3 hrs later to see the doctor so what’s the appointment for.

Liana is my favorite Doctor , and she will be forever ... I have had hudge pathology with my liver and gallbladder . She resolved all my problems … She's absolutely an excellent doctor … I recommend her strongly to all patients … Thanks Liana , Hagop and Maddalena

The doctors and staff at Dr. Volpe's clinic are wonderful. They went beyond my expectations. They are not only convenient, but they are also extremely knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Volpe has a very good experience in so many areas of medicine and I trust her when it comes to my health issues.

Worse doctor ever!! my mom waited 5 hours to see this woman and refuse to send my mom for a xray and she had a fracture..

Would not recommend this place unless you're very patient.

Worst place ever. I waited 2 months for this doctors appointment for what to get bullshyt in the face. First the nurse asked me to take a PEE sample then she comes back 5 sec. Later and tells me ,"do u think ur pregnant?"I'm like ARE U SERIOUS.I CAME HERE TO SEE IF I am BECAUSE IVE BEEN HAVEING PROBLEMS WITH MY PERIOD AND JUST TO B ASKED IF I THINK IM PREGNANT. I SAID NO! I DONT THINK I AM BUT THATS Y IM HERE TO C.SO THE NURSE LEAVES AND JUST SAYS NEGATIVE AND DIDNT EVEN CHECK MY PEE. THEN ONCE THE DOCTOR GOT THERE SHE JUST BLEW ME OFF AND SAID IM STRESSED.THEN I FIND OUT MY HUSBAND BEST FRIEND WENT TO THIS DOCTOR AND THEY BLEW HIM OFF ALSO AND NEXT DAY HE DIES BECAUSE HE HAD PAIN AND THE doctor JUST SAID UR STRESSED, U NEED TO REST MORE. AND THATS IT.......then he dies. Such an aweful place

Dr. Volpe has taken care of my mother-in- law for more than 20 years. Recently she passed away at the age of 80 years old and Dr. Volpe was very kind and supportive to the family. By the accounts of several specialist seen by my mother-in-law over the years, she should not have lived until 80 years old. I, as a nurse, give full credit to Dr. Volpe for treating her so well over all the years. Yes her office is busy, but it is because she takes TIME with each patient.
