I’ll give 1 star unless if someone there fix this problem : I have been calling for weeks to get authorization again for mammogram because previous one I couldnt make and expired which I got last February.. Rosy takes the phone and she said she will ask to Sheila to do it since couple weeks, and I called like couple days each week .. And then she said Sheila doesnt do it, Yesenia does it , so she said she will tell her by leaving messages on their desks…. I called last Thursday , Yesenia picked up the phone and she said no one told her anything about this.. I said I had been calling for weeks for this , she said: “Oh really ? I will talk to Rosy and call you back.. “ I said are you sure you will call me back ? Because you guys say you will call back and you never did since couple weeks . She said she will. So she didnt .. I called yesterday , Rosy picked up the phone, she said it is gonna be 1 year in February 2022, get a referral from your family dr to see Dr salceda.. We are in December 2021! This doesnt make sense at all.. They just want you to take an appointment so they can make $ , they dont care if you need a test …If I can find another lady dr on Saturdays I will …Is there anybody there to take care of this situation? These people just pass long time… Does dr read these at least ? Anybody there to help or read these reviews and answer ? Who is the manager , anybody knows? What kind of business is this?

Like i told them, they over book, waiting will be about 2+ hours, there will be over 15 to 20 patients waiting at a time and they only have 3 rooms, they are understaffed, not enough nurses working for that many patients at a time and there’s is no doctor in the facility just a assistant playing doctor, save yourself the time and find somewhere else

Be prepared to wait AT LEAST an hour or two. Very poor communication and follow up as well.

The worst experience in my life !!!! I had an appointment at 11am. I was waiting for almost 2,5 hours to get in . they took people out of turn. the clinic is very dirty. Never ever will use this clinic again !!! Crowded and busy all the time !!!!!

Really unprofessional doctor. She was so extremely rough with me, gave me absolutely no warning that she was about to do some thing that was so excruciatingly painful I checked out for a few seconds. No bedside manner, very little compassion, and just has too many patients to give the attention they deserve. The PA Sheila is one of the most amazing doctors I’ve ever had. And Dr. Salceda was fine with my surgery five years ago. But after what happened yesterday I will never set foot in that office again. I feel violated and dismissed. The supposedly minor little procedure I had to go through ended up being so intensely painful (probably because of the way the doctor did it), I was bedridden for the rest of the day. Not only did she show absolutely no remorse or compassion after seeing how much pain I was in, but she didn’t even offer any pain medication. Extremely disappointed in Dr. Salceda. My body deserves a better doctor and so does yours.

Don't go here just trust me Don't go here. An absolute nightmare going to report to the medical board because this is absolutely ridiculous.

SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE I READ THE NEGATIVE reviews and said maybe I will have a different experience. Whoever answered the phone overtalked me while I was asking a question for first and initial visit and hung up in my face. I'm good! Definitely wouldn't waste my time here.

The staff was very accommodating and everyone was nice. The Physician who saw me "Shelly" I believe, was so knowledgeable and patient to explain all details with me today. I highly recommend this place. I'm positive the old reviews are for the old staff because no one I met there today was rude or rushing anyone. It's a clinic and just like the ER, there could be wait times remember to just be gracious and patient with them.

The staff here are so kind and very informative. They really make me feel at home. Dr. Salceda is an amazing doctor she is very upfront about things and I like that. The staff and the doctors make me feel very comfortable. The other doctors I’ve seen are very sweet and they all show concern and help you see why it is important to take care of yourself.

Should be shut down. Gross and unsanitary.
