The worst dentist I have ever seen. The wife is good, but Doctor Simel ... I took my son for his first dental check up and he spent 3 minutes with him and left the room without telling us he is done or not, I thought he went to bring some staff , since he didn’t say anything, then his assistant came and told us we are done. I was so surprised. He was running because he was talking with a friend when he came to us and he didn’t want to miss him. Don’t go there if you don’t want to waste you time and money.

Scheduling is a disaster, which is unfortunate because the dentist himself is pretty good. The first time I showed up, they didn't have me in their books and I was delayed by more than 30-45 mins. Another time, they canceled on me which is fine. However, when I tried to cancel the next time, they started yelling on me on the phone. They said that they have the scheduling book in front of them and I've canceled before and that they don't appreciate it. Just because I don't have a book with a record of their fuck ups doesn't warrant them freaking out on me. I've found a new dentist. I don't need this terrible attitude.

I am terrified of dentists and as a result, have a lot of complicated issues with my teeth and have seen A LOT of dentists over the years... None were as good, kind, relaxing, attentive, skillful and professional as Dr. Simel I highly recommend him to anyone, including little kids (my friend takes all her 3 to him)
