List of Andrew Ng's Reviews
Great with kids, Dr. Ng always listens closely and is open to any questions.
For an 8th grade kid's mouth canker sores, his treatment was salt water rinses at home. The bill was $325. *With* insurance! PAMF billing said that Ng charged $325 for a "medium complexity problem" to which his cure was saltwater. PAMF billing also said the $325 reflected Ng talking for 30 minutes. I wondered at the time why it seemed like Ng talked so long about stuff which had nothing to do with the mouth canker sores. Andrew Ng was the worst case of a doctor giving that "dishonest car mechanic"-like vibe of pumping up a medical bill artificially and unethically.
We have a very good experience for out teenage son.
Not kids friendly pediatrician. Since our last visit my child is reluctant and scared to go to doctors.
Dr Andrew Ng was the attending pediatrician at El Camino where I delivered my baby. He came in twice on the weekend to check on the baby and answer all our questions. Both me and my husband loved him. He was very patient, attentive, knowledgeable and by the way he held and calmed down the baby you could tell he's a pro. If we didn't already have a pediatrician in a location closer to us, we would actually not hesitate choosing him as the primary care for our baby.
Not a good listener. Not effective.
Young and energetic. Knowledged. Visited once, and have a good experience. It would be more good if he get synced with patient and make the conversation mutual.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
