Horrible customer care. Had an appointment at 11:15 and I inquire at 11:40 how much longer and they say another 30-40 minutes. They never said anything or did anything to let me know she was running that far behind. Have some respect for your patient's time.

No respect for patient's time. I had an 11:15 appt was told to come at 11:05 and by 11:40 I had not been called. I checked with the front desk and they called back and said 30-40 more minutes. Seriously over an hour behind and they weren't going to let me know? Never returning.

Dr. Ortmeyer is not afraid to prescribe creams that help my skin. I had moles/spots on my face and back and she recommended a natural cream that slowly removed them.

Misdiagnosed fungal infection and claimed it was a food allergy. Two other doctors approved it was indeed a fungal infection.
