Buff Greider's Online Review Report Card

I just renewed my FAA 3rd Class medical certificate with Dr. Grieder and found it to be a pleasant experience. He was a few minutes late as others have mentioned, but we got through the process pretty quickly. And he was the cheapest in Santa Clara county.

Although Dr. Greider and I are racially different, I trust him with my healthcare. For the past 5 1/2 years, he has demonstrated his ability to meet the unique social and cultural needs of his patients and make us feel empowered to improve our health. I always feel like I get plenty of time to explain my issues, without feeling rushed. I've managed to get in to be seen within a timely manner even without an appointment. Caroline the office administrative assistant is great with communicating with me and making sure Dr Greider is aware of all my concerns immediately. I'm a RN myself and very, very impressed with Dr. Greider. He is honest, and at the same time he also offers hope and culturally diversed resources, even when a situation is difficult. Thanks for your long term good care and concern for me and my family.

Unfortunately, their office is very slow to respond to patients' requests. Very disappointing experience.

I had my FAA medical exam here. Dr. Buff is nice and would like to listen to your problem. I had a little bit high blood pressure at the beginning as I was nervous. He patiently did the measurements three times. He even gave suggestions for my other diseases.
