I didn't get to find out if he was knowledgeable or helpful, because my "physical" felt like 5 minutes. A nurse did the medical history interview first, but then she just stepped out of the room and recited everything I said back to him loud enough for the whole clinic to hear. Doctor gave a minimum effort physical, and even just only asked "your p3nis seems ok?" for any sort of reproductive checkup. Between two of us going for a physical, Dr Salgado seemed lazy judgemental on mental issues, particularly towards women. The appointment has actually made both of us reluctant and a bit anxious to even bother trying to see any doctor again.

I recently had to see Dr Salgado because my family doctor wasn't available. He told me one of the meds I was using should not be used for more than 20 days and I had been on it for 3 years. He printed off some papers about drug information and sent me home with them. This drug causes dementia if used for more than 20 days and has other bad side effects in the long term including depression, suicidal thoughts and death. I quit this med immediately. My family doctor had never mentioned that this med could cause dementia. I am very glad that I happened to see Dr Salgado that day. A few days later I met another doctor and he told me he never prescribes this drug because it causes dementia, which confirmed what Dr Salgado said.

After careful research, I decided on Dr. Salgado as my new family doctor. He had excellent bedside manner and a friendly demeanor. He explained everything that he was looking for in my physical.

Excellent physician. Very calm demeanour. Always able to fit us in if there is an emergency. The front staff is busy but has always been helpful and accommodating with getting us in to see the doctor.

Seems like this doctor doesn't want to work. I have to wait 30 minutes despite arriving 10 minutes early and gives me 5 minute appointments (one was a full physical) then hushes me out the door. I told him about a problem I was having with my bowels and all he said was "it'll pass". Would not recommend this doctor or the clinic to anyone.

Staff treat very bad the patients. I called to book an appointment and the lady who pickup the call was very disrespectfull, I asked her name and she hung up the phone. Excellent Doctor but staff does bot represent him...
