Had a pleasant experience consulting dermatology issue with Dr. Coninck. She is very nice and mindful explaining options to me. The day I went to see her at her doctor's office for some related treatments, she was sincere to listen what a patient has to say. And I think she's always professional whoever she speaks to. A kind of doctor you like to speaking with.However, that day the laser machine was not available at her doctor's office. She then referred me to other dermatologists in San Francisco. But San Francisco is a long drive and I opted for Los Gatos, which I found another pleasant dermatologist. I will definitely go back to Dr. Ellen de Coninck if in the future I will seek dermatology treatment.

I have a recurring cyst on the back of my right ear where the ear connects to the head. I was referred by urgent care to come and seek help. While I did get a steroid shot to easereduce the pain I was informed that to have a procedure done and hopefully finally get it removed Id have to wait till midlateAugust. Ive had the cyst for many years now. The cyst either explodes on its own within 2 weeks or it gets drained at urgent care. Waiting a month would be of no help. I tried explaining this but was informed that the doctor is generally booked a few months out. I dont understand what the point of coming here and paying a consultation fee was for if it doesnt really help the situation at all. Im giving 2 stars because at least she eased the pain some.

She is pleasant and has great bedside manner as well as very attentive to details. I have struggled with acne for over 15 years... she came up with a treatment plan and have seen results thus far. I've seen her for over a year now and will continue to see her for as long as my insurance permits. She makes adjustments to my treatment plan here and there and I absolutely trust her.Very friendly, professional, and approachable.

Dr DeConinick is awesome. My two daughters have seen her and she is so patient, has a great bedside manner and takes time to thoroughly explain treatments. Highly recommend her.

Has worked with one of my kids. Probably the best bedside manner Ive ever encountered in a medical doctor. Explains things clearly and succintly answers questions patiently and thoroughly. Very knowledgable.

If you are looking for a dermatologist, look no further. I took my teenage son to her. Based on the Yelp reviews I waited for two months for a non urgent condition to see her. Totally worth the wait. Great doctor, super pleasant and takes the time to explain things and listens to her patient. She is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff. Would definitely recommend her.
