Doctor Chong is open, honest, very descriptive of procedures, patient with any and all questions I may have and always follows the science. She is friendly and I have been able to ask her all sorts of questions about my pregnancy, even about things like raspberry tea leaf. She never treats a question as too small, and has been a pleasure to work with and brainstorm all my medical options with me.

This review is for Palo Alto Medical foundation Obgyn department front staff. They cancel appointments last minute without informing patients even if it is critical for patients to see provider. They talked to me rudely when I requested a make a follow up appointment. They didn't help me. Worst provider and they run like a business and do not care about patients or their problems

Dr Erin Chong is professional and knowledgeable. She explains well the procedures and steps of processes to perform. She listens to you and discuss for suite and beat solution and method to resolve. She replies to email in manner time and explains well. I feel lot of support from her.
