I purchased a Botox package which ended up expiring - received no notification that it was up to expire. I asked if they could extend the expiration date one time since I am a repeat customer. They put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on me EDIT: they called me back and offered to extend for 6 months IF I delete my review. I told them I wasn't comfortable deleting my review before any service is complete. They (hesitantly) rescheduled me, but I ended up deciding to cancel as I don't trust them touching my face after this ordeal. Hopefully they can improve their customer service, but I won't be returning or recommending their services

I haven't gotten a service done here but I was interested in doing so and called them. The person I spoke to on the phone was not very helpful and seemed irritated that I was calling to inquire about services. It didn't make me want to book there at all.

I did the sensory deprivation immersion pod and it was amazing. The location was nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. It was my first time and so they walked me through it. The hour long experience in the pod was really something else. I wasn't sure what to expect but I left a little dazed and very much feeling connected mind and body. I cannot wait to go again.

Beware of this practice, very rude and unprofessional , also, the price is 50% lower than normal market price , it is unclear whether the equipment is authentic , I haven't seen any effect after 4 month of ultherapy done here.

For even better results, I recommend pairing it with the 75-minute Hydrafacial "Mind Journey" treatment, but try to space them 1-2 weeks apart. The experience with Chiho, the Japanese specialist, is amazing--her technique and massage skills are top-notch! I see her every six weeks, and each session leaves me feeling completely refreshed, both inside and out. Terrible Service and Dishonest Clinic! 👎👎👎 I’ve done hydrafacial treatments for several times. One day I told them I started using Tritinoin 0.5% they didn’t warn me about the potential risks of using Tritinoin while accepting the treatment. Then I got severe allergic reactions on my entire face. When I reached out to address the issue, I was met with a very unprofessional and dismissive attitude, as they outright blamed me for the outcome. This lack of accountability and care is unacceptable, especially from a business that should prioritize client safety and satisfaction. I’m deeply disappointed and would caution others to think twice before booking here. 👎👎👎
