5*+++++++ OUTSTANDING DERMATOLOGIST I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Chan and her team for a few years now. I am so grateful to have found her. She is so a extraordinary Dr. It is consistently easy to make an appointment and her staff is so kind they remember me and they really care about you too. Dr. Chan is great at what she does!! Her skin is impeccable but she understands my pain with my acne she literally anticipates what I need and want to say it blows my mind she is completely empathetic. She truly is passionate about what she does and it is clearly evident she cares about her patients. She remembers small details about me and my family and is so genuine she is focused to take care of me as a patient and I'm always in and out but the quality of our appointment is so meaningful and instantly my face is happier because of her services. Working with a Dr. that understands the importance of how important our face is both physically and how painful it can be when it's not cooperating with you and to be humanly kind what more could you ask for. Thank you Dr. Chan. I appreciate you and your AMAZING Team.

Dr Chan is phenomenal! I cannot say enough good things about her knowledge base and professionalism. I recently moved to the area and am beyond impressed with the thoroughness of Dr. Chan and her medical assistant, Kathryn. I highly recommend her!

If you are in the market for a new dermatologist, the Dr. Chan is definitely worth the wait. She is very personable and knowledgeable. After being misdiagnosed by another dermatologist, Dr. Chan took one look at my skin and immediate recognized that I have a rare genetic condition, which was later confirmed through testing. I was so grateful to finally learn what was going on with me and she was the doctor that started me down the road.I can't recommend her enough.

update to previous review more visits and more questions than answers. Was told that I had a disease but, could not be told what it is. got another opinion and was told that there was no mention on my record regarding the "disease " that I was told about. must say that credibility is gone

Dr. Chan is so amazing. She is so nice and patient, listens to all my concerns and answer all of my questions. She is also very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I am very happy to see my acnes gone in 3 months with her treatment plan. Many thanks to Dr. Chan!

Knowledgeable and thorough. She's a dermatologist that makes the effort to find out what your condition is and provide solutions to it.

Dr. Chan and her assistant were great; attentive and clear in explanations. There were three receptionists (two ladies and a gentlemen). The ladies were quite rude; as if you owed them debt. I am sure they did not mean it and some training will help.
