Front desk lady Rose made our visit worse, why would people treat patient so rude

The receptionist was great! She was personable, helpful and friendly. The doctor was a bit late but we will have more appointments with him so we’ll see how the wait time goes.

Worst clinic ever!!! Stay away!! My husband was supposed to have his first appt today and never made it in to see the Dr due to the front desk lady, she is so so rude, has no manners, no people skills, does not know how to treat patients. I feel sorry that the dr has her as their staff and will lose lose allot of patients due to her unprofessional ways. Never going back there again!

The doctor is very good .. my father had lung problems from many year and the previous doctor was managing him .. doctor mahesh took over the practice and has been managing him very well .. I highly recommend the doctor

Dr Shetty has been one of the best and most detail oriented physician. I have scarring of my lung and I have been visiting Dr Shetty's office since 2014. He has helped me and my family in going through my disease.

Absolutely the worst practice - taking over 3 weeks to obtain a prior authorization for my 87 yo mother suffering from severe shortness of breath due to pulmonary arterial hypertension. Dr. Shetty neglected to write the proper diagnosis on the prior auth form which has resulted in this delay. Clear case of age-related discrimination of a low income senior citizen. Very close to consulting an attorney over this negligent approach.

Dr Shetty is very knowledgeable and is a good physician. I had few questions very specific to my breathing and Dr Shetty explained the reason very well. he also had a medical student who he was teaching and I thought it was very impressive. I gave 4 stars since it was difficult to schedule the appointment. with change in appointments at least 2 times since Dr Shetty was apparently scheduled in the ICU. Overall, I would definitely recommend him

The Dr is nice, but the front office staff are really rude and act very entitled. I stopped going here just for that reason.

Worst clinic..Mainly the front office Rose is so rude.I called for a prescription refill and she was rude over the phone .I definitely don’t recommend that clinic.

Worst staff ever! I wish I could give negative stars to the staff. Even though Doctor Shetty is a nice Doctor one would love to visit, but the front office staff he has is the worst I have ever dealt with.I was told that my xray order would be sent to the imaging center electronically, but Upon arriving at the imaging center I found that the order was not there. I tried calling Dr’s office to check why the order was not received by the imaging center, but the call was not answered. And all this happened right during the business hours. Even the imaging center staff tried calling them and left voice messages for the Dr’s staff, but no one reverted back. Next day I called the Dr’s office early in the morning and requested them to send the order, to which they said yes. But upon arrival at the imaging center, there was no order received. So we tried contacting the Dr’s staff again, but this time also it went on voicemail and no one picked the call. And this too happened very much during the business hours(11 AM-12:30 PM).So my xray date got delayed for which I had to cancel my follow up appointment as the reports would not have been in by that date.And while I mentioned about this issue as a feedback as to why I had to cancel my follow up appointment with Dr Shetty, the lady/staff on phone behaved very rudely with me and was totally unapologetic of what had happened and didn’t even try to accommodate me with another convenient day for follow up appointment. I just hope the Dr is aware of this kind of behavior of his staff!
