Marisa Cappiello's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Cappiello is simply fantastic. She is our daughter pediatrician since she was born and she always answered our question with great patience no matter it was an annual check up or an urgent appointment. She is nice, always explained every thing and was empathetic. We would not image a better pediatrician.

We are so lucky to have Dr. Cap as our pediatrician! She is incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. As first time parents, she is exactly what we were hoping for in a pediatrician.

We love Dr.Capiello, we have been seeing her from the birth of my son. She is always smiling and answers all our questions and she highly understands kids and parents so well. One of the best peds in the area. Highly recommend!

Dr. Cap is simply the best! She is thorough, caring and always has the child's best interest in mind. I first met Dr. Cap when she was on call to check on the newborns while I was still in the hospital, since I did not have any pediatrics picked in advance. I am sure she was quite busy that day but I was so touched by the way that she was examining my son that I was begging her to be my son's pediatric. She has been great! She has a PN Vicky, who is also wonderful too.I actually like the handouts that Dr. Cap provides every visit so I can review when I get home and she even wrote down additional notes. She will go through details if needed. Her practice is very busy so I trust her to judge how long she will need to spend with each patient.Two things that really impressed me- in my son's M1 visit, Dr. Cap asked me about my son's left kidney from the ultrasounds taken during pregnancy and ordered more follow up ultrasound-this indicated she actually went back and reviewed all the records.There was a fire drill at the end of my son's M2 visit and we were waiting in the room for the 15 mins post shots. Dr. Cap was actually making sure all patients were leaving. (yes, she was personally making sure of that!!) Being new parents, me and my husband were struggling to grab the baby, the car seat, the stroller, diaper bag and figured where to go, etc. Dr. Cap showed up and started to grab the stroller down the stairs for us and advised us where to go. Imagined how appreciative and embarrassed we were!I really like that she is a mother of two girls so she really understands how we feel as new parents. In my opinion, she is one of the best Pediatrics...She and her team are super fast in scheduling, responding to emails/calls. ( Vicky, her PN is great!) We really really like Dr. Cap.

We love Dr. Cappiello- she is always on time, answers questions patiently, and interacts great with my kids. She has young kids and you can tell she understands both kids and parents really well. She is very warm and has diagnosed all problems (from broken bone to infected eczema to ear infections) perfectly every time. I would highly recommend her!

As first time parents you want the very best for your child. I remember before our daughter was born I'd research, research, research to find one I thought would treat our baby like their own, we're talking countless hours spent. I even asked my OBGYN for someone she recommended (shout out to Dr. Shin at PAMF highly recommend her as well) and showed her who I had tentatively selected, because with only a handful of reviews it didn't settle my brain from "is this the best option?". My OB knew way better than I did and I'm so thankful for that. We absolutely LOVE Dr. Capp. and her gentle, calming nature. She's thorough regardless if she's swamped, personable, gentle and oh so caring. At our last appointment our little girl showed signs of "stranger danger" just for initial well-baby examination. Dr. Capp showed us what to do and allowed her to sit on our lap and incorporated us to help baby stay calm and the exam to be completed, no screaming or crying it out. You never feel like "just a patient" and if there's been an ER visit, they will get you in ASAP. She and her care team are responsive on emails via the PAMF app and the facility (Sunnyvale location) is well maintained. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend Dr. Capp for all your children's needs.

Our pediatrician since my boy was born (11 months back). She is simply amazing, She calms you, lessens your worries, is very positive and thorough. She is extremely personable, very down to earth & tells about her experiences with her 2 girls. I love her (seriously)!

Dr. Marisa Cappiello is an excellent doctor. She patiently listens to concerns and lays out the treatment plan. Dr.Cappiello is quick to answer our messages whenever we seek her advice. We have been visiting her for my sons for last 8+ years. In our opinion, she is the best pediatrician in town! We would strongly recommend her.

My child and I left the office feeling very disappointed, because she diagnosed my child's painful condition, offered advice (which I have already tried), then passed us off to a see a specialist. I am giving her 2 stars because I am thankful that she got my child an appointment see the specialist in a few days. However, no child should have to wait when a doctor already knows the exact problem and can dispense immediate pain relief and a remedy.

I have been taking my daughter Tvishaa to her for last couple of years and she is the best doctor I have seen . She has always been patient in answering all the questions and is highly knowledgeable .
