Dr. Eisenberg was extremely unprofessional and rude with me when I saw him. I’m a patient at Stanford and saw him through a referral concerning recurring epididymytis. He had no clue about the cause and instead just recommended banking sperm in case the infection caused infertility, rather than treating the chronic infection itself. Pretty weird experience.

Knowledgeable and personable. Dr. Eisenberg is also very thorough. He takes the time to make sure all questions are answered and sometimes calls to follow up. Excellent doctor. Highly recommend.

Was referred here by another Urologist, the 5 minute visit cost me over $700 which is not disappointing in itself, it's the fact that he didn't even read the referral documents or look at the charts. I didn't learn anything in the visit and didn't feel like seeing him again.

Take a second opinion please if working with this doctor. Did not disclose on potential problems with specific surgery. Over optimistic without completely reviewing pros and cons. Zero attention post surgery. Money making mentality.

While i discribed symptoms he was acting like he couldn't care less. His office took over a week to send the refferal info to the specialist he recomended. Even then they sent it to the wrong doctor and it took another to weeks of calling every other day to get them to send it to the correct doctor.
