I had a good experience with my psychiatrist the FIRST couple times I visited. They seemed experienced, empathetic and knowledgeable and talked me through my different options. However since then it's gotten a lot worse: 1. Getting my meds: I have had repeated issues with them forgetting to fill in my prescription after every visit. I have to remind them during my appointment. If I don't, I have to call back to remind them, and even then sometimes it still doesn't happen. This adds an extra layer of stress every visit, and I've ended up unmedicated a couple times which was horrible. 2. On recent e-visit appointments, it seems the doctor didn't have much recall of what happened in our past visits. They didn't remember what meds I was on or why we choose those options. Not sure if they're not notetaking properly, or just not reading them before the appt. 3. Overscheduling of appointments. Doctor kept wanting to book me in every month, even after I was on a stable med combo. Looking at the recommendations i should only have needed monitoring every 6m or so. They never explained why they wanted to see me so often.

The walgreens lost my perscription and Mindpath staff spent a ton of extra time.dealing with them for me. They went above and beyond. Finding me an appointment same day several times.

I see Dr Parmar, she is very sweet. I feel we connect very good. She is always looking out for my best interests. I would recommend who to anyone who needs a compassionate Physiatrist. I been with her for a while. And she is always making sure my needs are meet if it's within her ability. Best Physiatrist I have ever had. Hope if you need someone you give her a try.🤗🤗🤗

I am so pleased with Rash I Parmar. I have never had a Doctor take the amount of time is needed to get to the root of problems. I would highly recommend her to anyone that wants to care for their wellness.
