Priya Bhusri's Online Review Report Card

I booked an appointment two weeks ago emphasizing the fact that I changed my insurance to Medi-Cal and they happily accepted my appointment. On the day of my appointment, I woke up to missed calls and one broken voicemail, without any urgency, about returning their call. When I logged onto my health portal, I noticed they cancelled my appointment saying they don't accept my insurance. I called Sutter Health to confirm what the situation was and they simply apologized and did not even attempt to find another doctor for me. If they informed me when I first called, I would've found another doctor, but instead they wasted my time and were incredibly unprofessional. Avoid this place if you can.

My Mother was a patient of Dr. Bhusri's for years, I also saw her a few times myself in the past. She is an excellent Dr. she really cares about her patients. My mother recently passed away and she took time to call me after hours to express her condolences I am so grateful that there are medical professionals who really do have empathy and compassion for others. When people are sick they are vulnerable, it's scary but if you can get in to see Dr. Bhusri you will not be disappointed she's got a great personality, she cares and she is a true scientist that takes the time to find the problem.

Dr. Bhusri is my Primary Care Physician of the past 18 years, She will make sure the patient is very comfortable. When we see her she lets the patient do majority of the talking in order to get a clear understanding of their issue. She has a wonderful memory of her patients and their clinical, so, keeping that in mind, she will prescribe the necessary medication with respect to that past. She will never rush the appointments and prefers to get a full comprehensive inspection before releasing the patient. Glad that Dr. Bhushri is my Doctor.

Dr. Bhusri has been my primary care physician for at least a decade. What I especially like about her is that she is not an alarmist. She doesn't rush to provide medications when a more prudent approach is to monitor symptoms that are not serious. She reviews charts before an appointment. She is excellent at explaining test results and indicating which results require further tests or treatment.

I've had Dr. Bhusri as my primary care physician for over a decade. She has provided consistently attentive care. What I like most about her style of medical care is that she is not an alarmist. She prefers a minimalist approach to medical "interventions." Too many doctors are too quick to write prescriptions or order tests that won't improve treatment plans. I appreciate that Dr. Bhusri doesn't do this.

I have been with Dr. Bhusri since she began at Sunnyvale over 20 years ago. She's very knowledgeable & personable and always asks questions as well as listening. She's very sincere and I always look forward to appointment, like seeing an old friend!

Very bad experience. I selected as PCP but she was only interested in asking some questions and then increasing billing time. May be Doctors are getting commission of total charge and that's why she will always ask you to come for office visit. Online consultation is joke. When you ask question online, she will tell u come for office visit . In fact, somebody from her office will call and book your appointment. They are pretty fast in booking appointment because that's how they earn $$$. Doctor is not reliable and you will end up going to other doctor. So, don't waste your time and avoid visiting her.
