Amy D is truly amazing. She's warm, welcoming, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I always feel at ease with her, and now I only want to book with Amy whenever I come in. Eric and Jenny at the front desk are also fantastic. They're helpful, kind, and made the whole check-in and check-out process really smooth. No pressure at all, just a great experience from start to finish.

Amy D is absolutely AMAZING. She’s so kind, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel completely comfortable from start to finish. I always feel so well taken care of with her, and honestly I only want to see her now. I’m sure the rest of the staff is just as great. Eric and Jenny at the front desk were also wonderful. They were super informative, friendly, and not pushy about anything. They made the whole experience feel smooth and welcoming. Such a really great team all around!

I recently visited Revive Med Spa in Sunnyvale office again. That is the reason I need to give them one star review. The nurse Olivia Palmer and Amy Do in this Revive Med Spa didn't want to work with me due to my complaint in the past for their lack of experience of botox skills Their Botox skills are still questionable so that is why they don't want to treat me. They are not professionals and they don't take lesson learned but blame patients for their weak skills. My advise to them --keep up learning and enhance your botox skills and do not blame patients for your weakness. The office stuff are very patient and nice. Regards,

I wanted botox and decided to go here since their medspa and reviews were top notched. I got Amy during my first visit and was really pleased with her answering my questions and my problem areas. She did an amazing job and I will be a returning client to this place. Coming home, it was worth every pennies! Also, thank you for being a Cat person Amy... that was a huge plus

I had my Botox treatment done by Olivia today, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She was incredibly calm, kind, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process.
