Ricky has the perfect combination between being a professional regarding nutrition, and also knowing how to handle the delicate challenges of teenagers. Through this, she was able to help my teenager with adjusting to better nutrition habits, she became more aware of her choices and choose better, she's healthier and happier. It's not about a rapid diet - it's a long term process guiding her gradually to make small improvements, and adjusting to a healthier, realistic eating habits, that would accompany her for the future.
