Excellent diagnosis! Professional, personable and patient. I would recommend this doctor a 100%. Most PAMF doctors I saw previously are always rushing to their next appointment. This doctor is beyond words, takes the time to listen and order the right tests to come to a precise diagnosis.We have very few such dedicated doctors left in BayArea

Whether I call the office to make an appointment, or arrive for a scheduled appointment, the first thing they always say to me is "you have a balance due." Not hello or welcome or anything resembling professionalism. Once when I was leaving, I realized that they had given me another patient's lab workups in addition to my own. I returned it of course, but it spoke to the absence of organization and care for patients and their privacy. Recently, I received a bill for having my lab results read to me over the phone, the explanation being that there's a charge if she has to explain something to you. Does that mean she just doesn't follow up if everything is normal? Exactly 2 days after I receive the bill, the day before Thanksgiving, I get a call from their billing dept. telling me to pay up. Everything here is money, money, money, money, money, money, money, and take this medication. She gives the impression that she already has the answer to whatever you're going to ask. Another one just dialing it in and barely hiding her dislike of people.

Dr Sangwan is great! I'm a retired physician who was referred to Dr S by another doctor. Our first meeting was this summer during Covid, so not the easiest time to get to know your new doctor. But she (and staff) were great, reviewing my history in detail, and using "guideline based protocols" for my management. They even had me bring in my home BP machine to calibrate it (make sure it's in synch) with theirs). We've had one f2f and 2 online consults since, and all three have been on target.I've now referred several patients her way and so far all have had great experiences.

We had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Sangwan and her staff. She has been my dad's primary care physician for over 10 years now and has always been responsive, patient, and personable. She is caring and gives us the necessary time to discuss concerns without feeling rushed. Highly recommend her.

STAY AWAY ! MONEY FOCUSED !! Charged double of what was initially quoted, just for prescribing the exact same medication that I had from previous doc for last 2 yrs. Prescription had expired, but renewal prescription was given ONLY for 3 months and at double of consultation cost! Simple complexity was made to be High complexity to double the cost/charges. Followup email to doctor, did not materialize. This doctor is too focused on money. Stay away!

Beware of the unexpected bills. They intentionally ask you to come for follow-ups and charge you. After my annual physical, I was billed with a visit for prescribing a medication. When asked the doctor says that she needs to pay her team etc. You should not charge existing patients with more bills to get more money. Stay away from this doctor if you value your money.

I am new to the area and chose Dr. Sangwan from online ratings. She is excellent, very responsive. She has facetimed me for an appointment on the same day I requested. She explains test results and provides her recommendation on next steps without pressure. She typically responds to messages within one day or same day, and I feel comfortable writing to her with any questions. Highly recommend her and her team.

Great Staff and great Doc.

This doctor started a policy where patients with with a $30 copay for routine visits must pay 100 percent of the fee and then rely on the doctor to credit the patient back after the insurance company reimburses the doctor.

Over the years, Dr. Selvakumar helped me cope with depression, ADHD, and hypertension. She is very patient and it feels like I'm visiting family when I see her.She and Dr Sangwan practice with a "preventative" mindset which encourages patients to take early action before anything serious occurs.As far as availability, she is quiteresponsive whenever I have questions or concerns. I could not ask for a better doctor than her.
