Upon first impressions not pleased, This office looks closed from outside it is grossly unmaintained , staff at front desk not to welcoming, not one smile, seemed unhappy to be here, Office that schedules is very unprofessional, scheduled me the wrong location then when I arrived at this location, I find there’s no treatment dentist available opposite of what was said to me on the phone, I asked specifically if we can get treatment (why I scheduled here) and they let me know they are 2 months out scheduling wise , pissed is an understatement. Dr was very nice but the rest of staff I dealt with were unpleasant, no smiles no friendly demeanor , I left the same way I came, no treatment and no relief anytime soon

Great customer service✨

I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this office. My 8-year-old daughter had a baby molar pulled, and we were originally told she would be getting a spacer afterward. After the extraction, they suddenly told me the spacer “didn’t fit” and that they would not be placing one after all. What upset me most was the complete lack of a clear plan or explanation after that. My daughter currently has perfectly straight teeth, so hearing afterward that her teeth could now shift, become crooked, and potentially require braces in the future was incredibly upsetting. As a parent, that is extremely frustrating to hear after trusting them with my child’s dental care. Braces are very expensive, and it does not feel fair to potentially be left with that cost when a spacer or some other preventative solution may have helped avoid shifting in the first place. Instead of giving me options or a clear plan moving forward, I was simply told her teeth would likely shift and she would probably need braces. I was also told during the procedure that my daughter “shouldn’t feel anything,” but she did feel them pulling the tooth and she was in pain during the extraction. Seeing your child uncomfortable and upset while being reassured they wouldn’t feel anything was very difficult as a parent. On top of all of that, communication after the procedure was poor. Nobody clearly explained aftercare instructions or even what my daughter could and could not eat unless I specifically asked questions myself. When I was asking questions and expressing concern about there not being a spacer, the staff member helping us also had an attitude and seemed irritated that I was so concerned about her straight teeth shifting and asking when her tooth is expected to grow out (which I didn’t get a clear answer), this made the experience even more upsetting and uncomfortable. I left feeling anxious, confused, unsupported, and with very little confidence in the care we received. Now I’m extremely stressed my daughter’s teeth are going to shift and ruin her straight teeth. causing a financial burden and more traumatic dental work that could’ve been prevented.

We’ve had an excellent experience at Western Dental. I’m so glad we found this office. Ida is incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. She takes the time to get to know each child who comes in for an appointment, which makes families feel truly cared for. That personal connection is very special and greatly appreciated.
