Rachel Petersen's Online Review Report Card

I recommend DR Rachel because she was kind. Explain to me everything that I was questioning her about my pregnancy. It was total different than my first pregnancy that I was all confused. They even help me out with the hospital They were so helpful on every step of the way and after, you want to feel and confident in your pregnancy and doing Labor I go with DR Rachel.

I have been a patient there for years. Booked my appt a year in advance. Her receptionist called me to reschedule my time from morning to afternoon. I told them I can take 1:00 pm but I have to be at work by 2pm. They assured me I would be the first seen and be out by my work time. Well one hour sitting in a freezing cold room nothing. I left and of course no receptionist to be found I had to walk down the hall and found someone at her desk I explained I was leaving I have to go to work I have been waiting over an hour. She gave me the biggest go to he'll look I have ever seen. Well I will not be back nor will I recommend this place. And you know I work in the medical field myself with children and adults. So when someone ask about this place or I will share my experience with the physicians and nurses I work with.

Amazing Doctor and Awsome Staff. Couldn't be happier with her for the safe delivery of all 3 of my little ones.

This place is a waste of time if you have concerns or questions.

She assisted with my wife’s c-section and she made some comments very loudly for all to hear about my wife. I could hear her all the way out in the hall where I was waiting while they were giving my wife a spinal tap. She didn’t say one word to me or my wife the whole time. Her work was fine, my wife and daughter are perfect, but her bedside manner was horrendous and we will not allow her to assist on any future pregnancies.

Spent 1 hour 15 minutes in the office, and walked out without seeing the doctor. It was longest waiting time i had in my life - in the coldest room i ever experienced. Some nurses did not wear mask, and they did not check my temperature when i arrived or after registration (even during the entire time in the office).

I voiced concerns before an operation that was an urgent need. The staff decided to cancel the operation days before it was scheduled, without having the courtesy to consider my needs.

I have a severe hearing loss and had a hard time understanding parts of our conversation. Dr Petersen, bless her heart, was so patient with me as she explained again facts I needed to know. It?s obvious that she really cares about her patients and she knows her stuff.

Great first experience with Dr. Petersen today. The whole appointment was comfortable. The receptionist was friendly and professional. Nurse Jenny is super awesome. Dr. Petersen is really down to earth. She both listened and gave me good feedback regarding my concerns. I will definitely be recommending her to friends and family.

You have to meet Dr. Petersen! My first visit with Dr. Petersen couldn't have gone any better. I saw some of the negative reviews about here and at first I was a little nervous but she came highly recommended by several of my co-workers and her office is really close by my house so I thought I would at least give her a try. The front desk receptionist was very sweet and welcoming. As with any obgyn's office, there were several patients waiting when I arrived but to my amazement, the staff was VERY efficient and they stayed on time for my appointment. Dr. Petersen met me with a big warm smile, as if we were friends who hadn't seen each other in a while. She is very personable and easy to talk too. She is very knowledgeable and attentive and she ensured that all of my questions were answered. I probably took more of her time than I should have (whoopsie). Love this lady! Give Dr. Petersen a try, you wont regret it!
