I had COVID-19 test in this facility in Dec 2020. COVID-19 testing was okay and I have no complain, but I do not recommend this facility if you are planning to submit your cost to the insurance. The care facility refused to accept my insurance (BlueCross) even though the facility was listed in the insurance website. I didn't think twice because this place was near my home and I thought I can submit a claim and get reimbursed. It turns out a nightmare. The facility initially did not provide a properly itemized receipt missing various informations required for an insurance claim (TAX ID, procedure code, and diagnostic code). I've called and asked for those information, but they answered no. I've submitted the claim and it was rejected due to missing information in Jan 2021.I contacted the facility again and they provided another itemized receipt. This time they provided procedure code, but still lacks TAX ID and diagnostic code. I've asked again to the people at the desk but again rejected to provide those information. I've talked to an insurance claim officer and they says it will be rejected.I understand this is a small facility and may not want to deal with insurance claims. But I do not understand why they do not cooperate nor not able to provide proper forms for an insurance claim. Why make the patient life harder? This is my neighborhood, and I don't think I will ever visit this place again.

Bien
They were nice I guess
Very helpful
Took too long 4.5 hours to be exact.
Friendly staff. Wait time was so long
This place is horrible! As soon you walk in the receptionist don’t even greet you, yet tells you to wait outside. As you wait and wait, no one comes out or tells you anything else. When I asked about the wait time (after 15 min ) she was extremely rude! She told me “Go to another urgent care”; it’s really rude and unprofessional to speak like that to your patients.Beware! Don't go there!
They will take your name and let you come back, so you dont need to wait in line for 2 hrs like most places. For covid rapid testing.
Money grubbing opportunists! Waited 1.5 hours in line BEFORE they opened and was denied at the door bc I wanted the regular COVID test. Claiming they offer the insurance covered tests but they were already booked(?!). The line was very long and only for rapid tests. The doctor will only see people who are willing to pay the $125 for the rapid test or $200 for the other. Its businesses like this that exploit the pandemic and squeeze out the people who really need it. I will file a complaint with the medical board.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
