Beware of Bogus Billings!Yesterday I received a bill for Dr Armin Arasheben, He claims that 2 years ago when I visited their office for a routine physical exam, he was not paid by the insurance company. I recall the Insurance company had authorized the visit at that time, and clearly if he wasn't paid I would have heard from him two years ago!That physical exam 2 years ago was the first time (and only time) that I used his service. During that visit I discovered that he was not the kind of doctor I could trust, he was more of a marketing guy (thus his star ratings!) , the medical office itself was cramped and the staff were unprofessional. So, I decided to AVOID them.Oddly, in yesterday's bill there is also another charge, it is for an "imaginary" office visit, which has never taken place, He claims it belongs to one year ago!This pattern of multiple false claims against dormant accounts (going back several years) goes beyond a simple office error and will be concerning to State oversight Agencies as well as the Insurance Companies.

Dr. Arasheben & Dr. Helen N.P. have been the most attentive doctors I have ever had. They’re not only compassionate and understanding, but this team also has this rare side that very few doctors have where they don’t ridicule you for any absurd symptoms you think you are having. 10/10 for both of them!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced!!!! They didn’t answer the phone and never called me back after I left several massages. And I’m talking about DOCTOR’S OFFICE whose staff should be responsive and responsible not a retail store!!!

Terrible service. It's been over a week someone reached out to me. I've tried to call multiple times and was told someone will reach out to me via patient portal. Do not recommend this facility to anybody.

I've been waiting for over week now. No one has reached out to me. Dr. told me there is no need to speak to him anymore regarding services. Didn't referred me to help me with my shoulder pain. I've tried to reach out to the staff. Staff is more than rude. I was told to communicate through the patient portal which I did but again no one has reached out to me in over a week. Do not recommend this facility to anybody.

This office is very unorganized; this includes the staff and the doctor. The front desk girls are not the sharpest knives in the drawer. I chalk that up to being young and uneducated. They also have attitude, which doesn't surprise me. It is a classic example of the Dunning-Kruger Effect.I don't want to go into detail about my experience. I don't want to waste more time with them.Take my word for it. You shouldn't waste your time.

Dr. Arasheben is great! He's very personable, caring and knowledgable. I've been seeing him for years and will continue doing so as I'm extremely satisfied with him and his entire office.
