5 stars for Dr. Shukhman and Dr. Trites. Zero stars for parking. I think you guys should validate for the time the visit takes. WTH? Come on guys!
Definitely one of the best pediatric clinics in this area and surrounding that I have found. The facility is super clean and brand new updated the staff is professional and knowledgeable. There is street parking and a parking garage. The doctors are great. My kids see Dr. Mina Mousavannian Assadi and I highly recommend her. She listens to you and your concerns and she address each of them properly. She is by far a fantastic doctor. She has even called me to check in on my kids a few different times when they were sick or having issues with asthma. I highly recommend this clinic and doctor.
Brought my child(cash customer)Receptionist said $105 I asked her if it is the final bill? She said yesLater on I received a $70 bill by mailI called them they said it is a mistake they will fix it.Received it again/called againRepeatedly…Than these jerks sent it to collections agency ….Ruining my perfect over 10 years credit score
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Diana long for the past 23 years when I was 15 I was in extreme pain but nothing came up on ultrasounds on every test they were able to do nothing was able to come up they actually asked me if I was imagining the pain so the doctor believe me and did a laparoscopy which found out I had endometriosis so I wasn’t imagining the pain but it doesn’t pop up on ultrasounds and I’m very lucky that she believed me and actually looked because if she hadn’t it would’ve been a lot worse than it already was.I don’t remember her saying it’s going to be done around Christmas so I’m not gonna be able to have much of a of a New Year’s and I said the pain in my knee and I wouldn’t have one anyways I’m just so lucky that she believe me. Two other doctor said I was imagining it.She became a part of the The medical group Facey where I met Dr. tritts who is able to do the birth-control implant in my arm every time I’ve been there I’ve had good experiences not a long wait time and when they say they’re going to call not 20,000 phone calls to confirm not tons of text just a simple reminder. When I was looking for new health insurance this is one of the doctors when I go to change my health insurance and make sure she is on the list! I’ve been extremely lucky to of had her as my doctor I was 15
My problem isn’t with a specific nurse or doctor, but rather with Facey policy. First, at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic we had an appointment for our infant child who had a low grade fever for a few days. Facey called the day before our appointment and said that “they were not currently seeing patients with any fever.” I asked, “so, you are not seeing sick parole?” And they responded “no, we are not.” When I asked what the alternative was for our baby (whom they said needed to see a doctor because of the ongoing fever) they said that we would have to take him to the emergency room. After much back and forth, nothing changed. We took our infant boy to an immensely more risky, and expensive, appointment where exposure was much more likely. Then today I had an appointment scheduled with our pediatrician to assess some concerns. I arrived with our baby and two toddlers (as I have for every other appointment the past year, several times) and was turned away at the door because “the policy recently changed and we no longer allow siblings to accompany the child being seen for the appointment. We do now however allow for two adults to accompany rather than one.” Yep, for fear of spreading a waning virus they stopped allowing children (who don’t easily spread it) and allowed another adult (who does easily spread it). They made it impossible to visit our doctor without paying for a sitter. The thoughtlessness with which policy is decided upon and enforced begs the question of how the leadership of this company could possibly be in the business of healing and betterment. Not to mention the complete and utter lack of compassionate figured into such decisions. We’ll be finding a new doctor that allows children and sees sick people. I know that’s a novel idea for a healthcare establishment, but I believe it can be done.
You are very welcome! However, if you are taking my concerns very seriously than how come no one has responded until now? Its been a month. Anyways look forward to hearing from you, I emailed you my preferred contact method.Update: So about one month ago I posted the review below. After I posted I asked the billing department twice to have a manager call me before sending another statement, which did not happen. I also called the actual medical office and spoke to the manager Lisa Perez since speaking to billing manager seemed like an end of the world request. She was going to speak with the billing manager and call me back, which did not happen. There marketing company has also not responded to my post below. It seems like the only responses they do post are when they can side with a pt about the parking cost or when the pt did have a good experience. If anyone of the above people followed through I would not posted this and retracted my original post. But I guess picking up the phone is too hard when you are wrong. One month ago: Hopefully you do not have any problems with their billing department. They sent me a statement stating that I owe close to $2,000, which would have been for one visit with insurance. They sent the statement back for review, which resulted in the same error. When I called back to address this same error the woman kept interrupting me, had to send back the statement for another review and could not explain to me why the error was repeated and not addressed in the first place. Her response when I asked for someone to call me back after this second review was that she could not guarantee it. Between hold times, the number of calls I have had to make and actual verbal communication I have probably wasted about 4 hours. Its not so much the time or that the same error was repeated, but the very rude customer service is totally unacceptable. They have lost me as a patient!!!
Good health care, terrible parking lot policy trying to nickel and dime the patients.
Very happy with their service, professional and awesome.
I have only been to one of the obgyns, but am really wondering what the "awards" were given for, certainly not for putting patients first or showing them respect, or understanding or putting their needs first. I will definitely NOT be seeing that obgyn again. Don't need birth control pills or surgery being pushed on me without proper testing being done first.
This review is for Dr. Regala who has been seeing my children since the day they were born. Our family absolutely loves him and wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend him to our family and friends. As for the front desk we adore the wonderful Karla she is the best of the best!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
