A truly disastrous organization. If you’re going to be seen by anyone let it be Dr Wong. She’s the only thing keeping this place open. She is great. Everyone else is terrible.
Really disappointed. Our baby was never seen for his appointment. By the time we had been waiting for 35 minutes, we left. When I told the girl at the front desk the situation, she was totally dismissive and didn't care that they had lost us as patients. At the very least, there could have been toys in the waiting room for all the kids who are waiting as long as they made us wait. Nothing. Just beige. My husband and I will also be going elsewhere for our primary care, as we had unprofessional experiences with the doctor there as well.

I love my primary MD. Dr. Levy is amazing. She is professional and genuinely cares about my health and concerns. The nurses and staff are wonderful. They are prompt and very helpful. Use of MYCHART makes it easy to make appointments and manage my health records. The offices and clinics are clean.
I’ve had a really great experience at this clinic! Every time I call, they answer quickly and are super helpful. The doctors are amazing—especially Dr. Clarice Spathias. She’s incredibly kind and caring, and I feel so lucky to have her as my primary care doctor. It really feels like she listens and truly cares about her patients. The lab is also fantastic. I’ve been there several times for blood work, and every time it’s been quick and smooth. I never have to wait long for lab tests or for regular appointments. The two people who usually take blood are extremely skilled and experienced—it’s always quick and painless. Plus, I love how fast the results show up in the app. Everything is super efficient. Overall, I honestly don’t have anything to complain about. The whole team does an excellent job, and I really appreciate the care and service they provide!
Slow and arrogant. It takes forever to get an appointment and the way they treated you is from the arrogance that comes with the perception of absolute power on their end, as if there are no other choices. But we as patient-consumers have other choices.
I was really uncomfortable with how my appointment with Dr. Verder was handled. First of all, I explained to her that it was my first time getting a Pap smear and rather than make an effort to put my nerves at ease or attempt to explain what I could expect, she made me feel bad about having not had one before. Then, when I told her I was on my period she scolded me for scheduling my annual exam while I was menstruating. I had already explained to her that I had recently stopped taking the pill and therefore did not have a regular cycle, you would think someone in her line of work would understand that. Also, what kind of gynecologist is bothered by a menstruating woman? My PCP took more care in asking about gynecology related questions than this actual gynecologist. I disclosed to Dr. Verder that I experience anxiety in medical situations and she did not make any effort to ease said anxiety the entire appointment. The entire visit felt super rushed, like she was racing to get it over with and I didn't feel like I could really ask questions, like it would mess with whatever it was she was rushing towards. She also named the wrong birth control brand in my visit notes which is concerning given they're my medical records and are now inaccurate. There were several other inconsiderate/inappropriate comments made that for privacy reasons I don't want to repeat here, but I can say that I was made to feel ashamed and nervous in an already very vulnerable position.
The personnel at the desks are probably the rudest people we have ever met at a clinic, and the least efficient. Every time we go for a visit we expend an average of 4-6 hours (to be seen by a doctor for 30 min at most) there because of their inability to submit forms on time, or perform basic bureaucratic procedures. Although the e experience with doctors has been good, the clerks make the balance of the whole visit negative, not only because we have to request the whole day off at work for each dr appointment but especially because of the way we are rudely treated every time.
I’m never going to this place again My doctor takes forever to refill prescription When I called them they hang up on me They are very rude and not very nice to their patience I’m never going back to this place when I asked to speak to a supervisor they said you can’t I’m fed up I couldn’t take my medication for four weeks now because of them and this is not the only time they do that I will have to find a new primary care doctor because I’m so tired and fed up with them they stress me out so much I can’t stand them anymore so thanks to them for not doing their job I can’t eat now because the medicine makes me not gain weight so if I don’t have my medicine I can’t eat because I can’t gain weight and if I can’t eat my other medicine is going to make me throw up
After reading many of the bad reviews, I wanted to share my experience after being with a Facey OBGYN for 3 years and a Facey pediatrician for 2 years. I've never had an issue with scheduling, and when I've needed to make a change, they have done their best to accommodate. My OBGYN has been great (Trites is my doc, and I have also had a couple of appointments with Dr. Wong). Dr. Trites delivered my baby with care and competence, and she instilled confidence in me when things seemed really uncertain. Dr. Regala, my son's pediatrician, is incredibly warm and gentle, always answers our questions, and is very timely.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
