List of Kenneth Hepps's Reviews
The Dr and staff were very friendly.
Very nice people and on time.
I have found Dr. Hepps to be the no-nonsense kind of doctor I prefer. I get clear, straight answers to my questions. Also, the doctor and his staff are very responsive. they have my copmolete faith!
They sent me paperwork that I was unable to open and complete on my computer. I printed it out and scanned it as a pdf file: they could not open the pdf file (although I use the pdf all the time in my practice). I therefore hand-delivered the paperwork to the office. The staff asked a couple of questions which I answered. I was supposed to be contacted to make an appointment. I was never contacted. ...
My experience with the office was smooth and friendly. Dr Hepps is a fine doctor, I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy with Dr Hepps in 2019, no problems or issues from the procedure. I will only go to him . I highly recommend him .
Dr Hepps, is amazing! He is caring, straight talking and his manner is present and patient. Highly recommended, you will be in the best hands.
Was I missed diagnosed? hemorrhoids when I had Ulcerative Colitis, Hepatitis C and a parasite. Stay away!
Dr. Hepps is helping me navigate a few issues and I appreciate his help greatly.
Firstly, I should not have been billed for, I believe, was an almost $500.00 initial exam, as it was a part of the global fee for my colonoscopy. Later corrected. During my initial meet the doctor, he asked me a question - "was I on any medications?" My response was no. He was seemingly incredulous. "Patients usually are on one medication for every decade of life." He "tried" to re-group by adding "maybe there is something undiagnosed." I responded with "I don't know but I am well." My unhappiness is that I found out the day of the procedure that the doctor's office directed me to a facility that was part owned by my doctor. SHOULD HAVE told me first, as I am not a fan of double dipping. Procedure went well and the doctor was otherwise pleasant.
Excellent doctor!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
