I hate their rules and services.My son got accident and he went to emergency room the nurse didn’t let me to see him . He called me and said mom I need you. I asked them let me to see him only one minute and the nurse name was Britney who was really rude said your son is 20 years and he is not dying you must wait to be released. Other hospitals let you to be with your Paitent in emergency room but they don’t care about family. They don’t have even waiting room . They put the few chairs in parking lot, it was cold and I waited there for 6 hours .I hate this Hospital. I hope we never go there.

Not trained & judgemental.In case they respond saying i'm not on their records, this is a burner email.i came to the ER for obvious dehydration and long standing antibiotic-induced diarrhea.Three ladies beside me struggled multiple times to draw my blood, their excuse being "your veins moved".I found this odd because no one has ever told me that before. I googled what it meant and it essentially means the staff isn't trained properly and blaming you & you are most likely dehydrated if your veins do move (but, even if they do, from what i read, they should know how to anchor it properly).Another staff member tried and failed.They called another staff member who was able to draw about a quarter of the vial. It took a concerningly long time to get that amount.But the blood clotted. Another thing i have never experienced before.They broke the vial, stared at the blood dripping, added some liquid, and threw it away. Very weird....They opted to draw blood from my hand which also took a very long time to get.I have multiple blood spots from where the staff failed repeatedly to draw blood.I sat there for some time. The heart monitor began racing and i started feeling ill again. Staff walked by my room and never checked in on me during this.At the end, they told me everything was "just fine" and told me to leave. I asked if there was anything i should do to prevent this from happening until i see my regular doctor and they seemed very mad i would even ask.They made it clear they were not going to be helpful and had some vendetta against me.If my insurance doesn't cover everything and i receive a bill from them i will fight it.I should not be charged for the lack of service they provided. If anything, i am im worse condition due to their negligence.The staff is generally friendly but, i did not come to the ER to make friends. I came to get a diagnoses or some sort of guidance to maintain my health until i can see a regular doctor.Staff for any medical facility should try to be friendly because patients are stressed and scared and a friendly face would go a long way but, if that is all you have to offer, you are not a good facility.PS: The only other patient i saw there was a guy who was also extremely frustrated due to poor service and left before being discharged (they were arguing in front of me) so you can't argue the staff was too busy.PSS: If you have mental health issues, the ER staff (IDK about the other departments) will be visibly upset to have you as a patient even if your visit isn't related to it. They do treat you differently the moment they find out about your mental health issues. Even if you show no characteristics of it, they will be very rude.I'm sorry if i did something to upset the staff but, i honestly don't know what i could have done differently. I answered their questions, did what they told me to do, didn't argue, i don't know what they wanted.

BEYOND THE WORST SERVICE . I AM PREGNANT AND IN NEED OF MEDICAL EMERGENCY. THE NURSE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 2 TO 3 HOURS I HAD BEEN WAITING FOR AN HOUR . NO NURSES NOR ADMITTING ASSOCIATES ACKNOWLEDGED HOW I FELT NOR MY SITUATION. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL IF YOU ARE IN SERIOUS NEED.

I went to the ER on 11/03/21 they made me wait hours to see me. They finally put me inside a room and forgot about me for another 2 hours. Nurses and doctors are arrogant and rude. They treat you like they are doing you a favor. Thinking on filing a formal complaint. It’s a horrible place!!!

I had a mishap in a swimming pool and my pinky finger would not work. I went to the Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical center and perhaps blew it by going to the ER. The attending physician looked at me and said "you have a dislocated finger". Everyone in the ER were nice.As she walked away I thought "hmm. First time I dislocated anything. So I started to pull on the pinky. Walla! It worked. I un-dislocated my pinky finger. The first time EVER!Regardless, they still billed me $1587.27. I would think I would get halfoff but you know how big business is. And a spare pinky aluminum brace was provided that that cost One hundred fifty ........ something. 3 stars for being nice, no two stars for accelerated prices.America. Or wait; Ferengi

DO NOT GIVE BIRTH HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!! This hospital hires doctors who don't respect mothers giving birth. They have had doctors lose their medical licenses over procedures women did not concent to.

I am enraged. Livid does not begin to describe my feelings.Tarzana Hospital has delayed for the third time, a feeding tube procedure for my 89 year old mother.Why? Because for 5th day in a row, the hospital (now get this) has no anesthesiologist on staff scheduled.How does a regional hospital, backed by Cedars-Sinai and Providence, operate without an anesthesiologist?I have never seen so much incompetence.

They look at the monitor when doing cpr, essentially never doing cpr correctly. Bone heads, freal.

Having a single cell carcinoma removed from my kidney, was the single most frightening personal experience of my life.Every single person I met at Providence was so kind and caring. Even a stranger in an elevator guided me to where I needed to go, and when he saw I went astray, he came back and led me through the right doorway. My prep and hold and post op nurse Lourdes was amazing. All of my nurses were amazing.But, as I lay in the hallway on the gurney waiting to go into the operating room, I was terrified. I had no idea in what condition I would awaken or if I would.Right when I was about to beg to be put to sleep, the surgical team they finally wheeled me into the operating room, showed me the robot that would be operating on me and slid me onto the operating table.As they prepped me for surgery, they introduced themselves and then after they had all introduced themselves, they said to me, And, we are all here for you."Somehow, that statement completely put my mind at ease. I'm so grateful I was able to thank them before my surgeon Dr. Patel came in and I went to sleep.I woke up in the greatest pain I've ever experienced, but everything went perfectly, and I am now cancer free.I can't express what a difference the kindness and empathy of every single person on that staff made during an extremely difficult time in my life. I wish I could thank them all individually, but this is the best I can do.

Always been a favorite of mine.Friendly and personable and the best fresh-squeezed OJ around. They imported the Zummo from Spain. Just watching it work heightens the anticipation...accept no substitute, VIP'S has great food...they treat you like family...only better!!! Everything is delicious...free parking w/validation
