Dr. Babak ("Bobby") Eghbalieh was an AMAZING doctor/surgeon - both in the skillful removal of my infected gallbladder (along with a 3 centimeter gallstone inside it) - as well as his genuinely kind, caring, sincere and reassuring "bedside manner"! I hadn't had any kind of surgery whatsoever since my early 20s (and I'm currently in my 60s now), so I was honestly quite frightened and concerned (prior to the "emergency surgery"). My surgery was successful, "Dr. Bobby" (Eghbalieh) was absolutely wonderful, and I just went in (this afternoon) for my second follow-up appointment since my February 1st surgery. My overall health has definitely improved, and I'm doing quite well five months after the surgery! I actually couldn't have asked for a better and more caring doctor/surgeon than Dr. Babak (Bobby) Eghbalieh! Thank you so much, Dr. Bobby (Eghbalieh)...and a special thank you to the staff of Southern California Multi-Specialty Center too!!!

Dr. Babak Eghbalieh, MD is an outstanding surgeon who provided exceptional care during my treatment for chronic pancreatitis. From the very first consultation, I felt fully informed about my condition thanks to his ability to explain complex medical issues clearly and accurately. Dr. Eghbalieh was incredibly patient, giving me plenty of time to ask questions and ensuring that I felt confident and comfortable with every step of my care plan. His bedside manner is truly commendable—always professional, yet warm and approachable, which made a difficult medical experience far less stressful. Dr. Eghbalieh's positive attitude inspired trust and reassurance throughout my treatment. The surgery itself was handled with exceptional skill, leading to an excellent clinical outcome that has significantly improved my quality of life. Additionally, I want to highlight the professionalism and kindness of his colleagues and support staff. From the nurses to the administrative team, everyone involved in my care was attentive, efficient, and compassionate. It’s clear that Dr. Eghbalieh works alongside a highly capable and caring team, which further enhanced my experience. This is a review is towards the Tarzana branch: First off, you don’t speak to a real doctor - you speak with a nurses practitioner. That’s one. Second. I wouldn’t have an issue speaking with a practitioner if they knew a bit more than the bare minimum. The one I saw today was just that, BARE MINIMUM. It was a complete waste of my time. Also the female receptionist had zero people skills. All attitude. That’s what you get when you hire a clueless child! Get it together with a real doctor!
