Very welcoming and inspires confidence
Smooth, friendly and efficient office staff. Dr. explains clearly and always listens.
Very friendly and kind approach.
Office atmosphere is very warm, the staff is polite , patient, competent and helpful.
Dr.Ho and his staff are the best
Dr. Ho is one of the most compassionate and caring doctors I have ever had. He truly cares for my well-being mentally and physically and address all my concerns no matter how much time I need. He never rushes my needs and concerns. An excellent doctor.
Dr Christopher Ho took my blood in his office, send to Quest lab without any disclosue to me that this is NOT supported by my primary, and it is very high cost. I did follow up with his office for few months, they ignored my calls, really bad office management, and eventually when I called and went to his office to discuss the issue, he was actually raised his voice and isntead of accepting their mistake and try to fix it he/my Doctor actually raised his voice and etc. All said, the office staff apparently dont have good relationship with ea chother and miss communicate. All said, very unhappy with this doctor and HIS office management. At the end, he talked to Quest and I got some discount which I did pay the bill without any insurance coverage and did not file for small court claim.

With $1700 bill from Quest, I did follow up with his office for few months, they all ignored my calls, really bad office management, and eventually when I called and went to his office to see HIM, my doctor to discuss the issue, he was actually raised his voice and isntead of accepting their mistake and try to fix it he/my Doctor Dr Christopher actually raised his voice and etc. I left his office to de-escalated ... All said, the office staff apparently dont have good relationship with each others and miss communicate. I am very unhappy with this doctor and HIS office management. At the end, he talked to Quest and I got some discount which I did pay the bill without any insurance coverage and did not file for small court claim which was my last step. The front end new patient registration was the only positive support/professional in this office. Docroe Christopher never even tried to get a clear picture of issue and his office lack of good internal communication and made isntantaneous wrong judgement raising his voice on his patient while the source of the problem was him and his office management.
All I have to do is labs for a CT scan I have tomorrow and I have been waiting for over 1/2 hour to get stuck with a needle. I don't have an appointment but was requested to come in today for this lab work because no one called me in advance. Normally I would give this place a 5 star rate but not today.
I’ve been extremely happy under the care of Dr. Shaye! So far, he’s been able to get me to four years in remission. He’s not only young, caring and intelligent, but has a great bedside manner. Best Doctor I have!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
