Very slow to renew medications to pharmacy. Can take up to a week at times. A bunch of calls to pharmacy to find out Dr hasn't sent authorization.

No mask wearing, unconcerned when I went in for one large breast and rashes on upper part of body, but I convinced her it was concerning because of hard mass in breast. She told me to contact Kern radiation, during biopsy I asked the technician is it serious? "YES ITS SERIOUS ITS CANCER" that was how I found out.

Trying to get referral thru dr reyna's office to nuerologist for three weeks. ( Cannot drive due to double vision). Today i found out that dr reyna's referral asstnt (Josie) has not yet sent in paperwork for nuero referall!. This sucks! Josie not in office til Monday. Today is Tuesday! Gotta find better/faster medical help than this!!!

We had a very positive experience here. They were caring, quick and made sure the care that was needed was received.

I was a patient of Dr. Reyna during my adolescence and teen age years. I then went to college out of town. I moved back earlier this year and wrongly assumed I would still be an accepted client. Due to a medical emergency, I was hoping I would get an appointment in so I could then get a referral (sports knee injury). They managed to get me in, and due to a miscommunication, I missed the appointment. I then immediately rescheduled. When the day before the new appointment came, I called to confirm and they told me I had missed the second appointment because they moved it sooner without my confirmation.Essentially, they moved my appointment sooner while I had no access to my voicemail. Then blamed me for not checking my voicemail. Got home today and got a no show fee for this.This business does not hold customer loyalty as a high importance. I really like Doctor Reyna.. but never have I come across such unprofessionalism from other staff, especially during a medial emergency.

I have been with Dr Reyna for 14 years. She has cheated my entire family. She is one of the best bedside manners and she goes beyond any doctor and make sure that tests and orders are completed. She has gotten the number one doctor of the year award. I would never go see another doctor up here in Tehachapi. She is a wonderful doctor and this is coming from nurse. She’s highly intelligent and takes the time to get to know you and also takes the time to follow up and or even give you a personal phone call to make sure that you are doing well. She has helped me through some of the roughest times in my life between back surgeries and mental health she make sure that I am getting the best care. The referrals that she has sent me to have been wonderful doctors. My children who are 13, 16 absolutely adore her and are very comfortable with her to be able to speak to her about anything personal that is going on. She’s not only a doctor but she becomes part of your family which is far and few from some of these doctors who just want to push you out the door and write a script. She was able to get my daughter tonsils taken out after fighting with another doctor for 10 years. It was one of the best things that we could’ve done for her she was always getting pneumonia and bronchitis and they always refused to remove her tonsils and it was one of the best things we could’ve done and now she is in one of the best Health after so many years in the hospital we absolutely love her and she is on top of her game and doesn’t let anything slide bye.

Great doctor!! She takes the time to really get to know you and pays attention to details.

This clinic does not follow the CDC guidelines for mask wearing. Nobody, including the doctor, wore a mask. There was even a person coughing heavily in the lobby who was not wearing a mask. Unacceptable.

A more empathetic physician could not be found in my lifetime! Excellent care, extremely knowledgeable, thorough and gave me all the time I needed to answer every question completely. I've been back several times and each time Dr. Reyna was supportive and on the mark with diagnosis and treatment. She is just great!

Her dismissal of a concern I told her about 6/2018, old age at 60? No, Cancer. No exam, no referral just a missed chance to do a morethrough examine and diagnose cancer 1 year earlier when I reported symptoms"Gamble?" Go to y Vegas. Read other complaints. Decide you the best for you and your family. I can't believe I have Cancer because she is so negligent.
