The office was rude. I got hung up on the first time I called trying to make a new patient appointment, then I was told to call Monday for an appointment but because I asked if I could make one today they just resorted to telling me they don’t accept my insurance... when they do. I called my insurance company & they called... they told them to call back Monday. They have a contract with my insurance provider, that’s why they were listed as a office for me to choose from. They just didn’t want to do the work today. Luckily my provider helped me and moved me to a doctors office where they actually take pride in helping others.
I called them to make a new patient appointment and was treated poorly. They didn’t want to help me because I called on a Friday and they said it was just better if I called Monday. When I inquired on why Only Monday? They said they could help me today. Then when gathering my information they claimed they don’t accept my insurance when they do (I confirmed this with my insurance company who was also really appalled by the claim that they didn’t) and they told the insurance agent who contacted them that it may be a mistake but to call back Monday. To me it just seems like they didn’t want much to do on their Friday. Regardless, super unprofessional.
very very good, worth the pesos

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
