I'm writing this review on behalf of my grandmother who was diagnosed with breast cancer. She has asked me to write this review for many reasons. The care she received in her words " I cannot put into words how thankful I am for the City Of Hope, Dr. Brian B. Ronson, M.D and his team. " Alice B. She went on about how thankful she was for everything and all they asked her to do was leave a review about her experience. My grand mother went through radiation and is recovering well and we're thankful for all the help, care, support and most importantly for removing the cancer! We can't thank them enough!!

This location has amazing doctors, unfortunately the staff here at the Temecula location is horrid. They have obviously grown numb to the situation the patients are in that come to see these amazing doctors, its obvious you're not a person to the staff here, merely a piece of paper and they'd rather not lift a finger to help you make this process any easier or make it as smooth of a process as possible. I absolutely love my doctor here, she's fantastic and it kills me to say that the staff here has become so increasingly unbearable, I think I will have to find a new doctor. The doctors are amazing, just know that if you want to see them you will have to do ALL of the legwork plus make up for the lack of effort from the front desk staff just to get an appointment with your doctor. Again Doctors are stellar, the staff just makes it a miserable experience, as if it wasn't already. Best of luck if you choose to see the doctors here.

I received my radiation treatments from this office. After finding out that I did not have to go to a Kaiser facility that would have put me on the freeway for three hours each day for 4 weeks, this was such an answer from GOD. The staff could not have been more caring and professional. Without all of them my journey would have been so depressing. There was always a nice hi, hello or hug. They truly care what they do and feel for what we, as patients all go through. They were my refuge and a BLESSING, XXOO
