I called this morning and was able to be seen within a little more than an hour. I was totally surprised and extremely pleased. Chris was professional and kind, and Christina was friendly, and helpful. I'm very pleased with my visit today.

I had previously posted an unfavorable rating of 1 star along with a detailed description of my bad experience specifically with the front desk. As a potential new patient, I had no previous experience with Dr. Combs or his staff. Within 1 hour of my unfavorable review being posted, I received a telephone call (not a text, not an email) but a personal phone call from a Medical Assistant known simply as “Z” to sincerely apologize for the incident and to give them a 2nd chance. Everyone deserves a second chance and “Z” had the guts to pick up the phone and ask for a second chance. She asked if I could come back in the afternoon and I said OK. After checking in at the front desk, “Z” met with me and after apologizing several times took my vital signs, family history, medications currently on, etc She was professional, detailed, caring and attentive. When Dr. Combs walked in he also immediately apologized for the incident and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining several treatment options for me. All in all, I think I have found a very good doctor. As a sales professional, I realize that I am ultra sensitive about the customer experience. Things can go wrong in any business, it happens all the time. What truly matters is how the business responds after learning about it. That is what distinguishes a really good business from a poorly managed business. A special shoutout to “Z”, who asked for a second chance, a second pitch, and you hit the ball right out of the park. Thank You.

I recently changed to Dr. Combs office, so far I'm very pleased with Dr. Combs and the staff. I appreciate them calling me back when I leave a message. I'm excited to continue my health being in good hands, they seem very helpful, answered any questions. They jumped right in the middle of my distress and took care business handling all my medical problems. I'm very thankful for the hemet office staff and Dr. Combs.

Dr Combs told me in an office visit that he himself has not been vaccinated for Covid 19. Really? and offered no explanation for his decision. He also thinks he had Covid but apparently does not think that antibody testing is worthwhile. His office is overloaded and yet he is looking for more new patients. Not a place I can recommend.

Have been a patient of Dr. combs for over twenty years. This man is probably the nicest and smartest Dr. I have ever met. He is truly concerned for your well being. I am just glad I walked into Dr.Schoonmaker office 25 years ago and Dr. Schoonmaker was out and I got to see the new Dr. That was how it started twenty-five years ago.Have been happy ever since. Thanks Dr. Combs!
