This is my second review of First Light Home Care Temecula. My first review was a recommendation because I know Christine and John personally and wanted to let potential clients that Christine and John were great people with a heartfelt desire to establish a home care business that would cater to and exceed the clients needs.Well, now I know firsthand that my first review was exactly spot on because I needed their services and they have definitely exceeded my expectations. They have Diana come 3 days a week in the morning so I get some time to get my golf game in.John was very helpful in reaching out to my LTC insurance and got things running smoothly.If you’re looking for home care, look no further because they take care of business!

1st Light of Temecula provided in-home assistance for my elderly father. I thought the manager (Christine) was very good at communication, was committed to matching the best care provider with my father's particular set of needs, and had very good communication skills with ability to really hear and speak honestly about challenges that always arise. The bookkeeping was accurate and honest - providing long term care invoices in a very timely manner and letting us know when a statement had been paid twice. Changing needs were handled as best as possible. When a problem with a care giver came up, the issue was handled quickly and professionally. 1st Light was providing care when Covid-19 started and worked diligently to keep everyone safe in a constantly changing landscape. Only one time did I have an issue with a caregiver working in my folks home after airplane travel. First Light could not be in business without making it profitable for themselves, but I always felt they also did it with their client's best interest at heart.

When my husband was on hospice (which was wonderful), I needed additional help so that I could keep him at home, rather than put him in a facility. Fortunately, I had heard about First Light Home Care of Temecula and called them. They came right away when I needed them and were reasonable, knowledgeable, and professional and made my job as my husband's caretaker easier. I highly recommend them.

First Light Home Care has been providing care for my mother for the past two months and has been a gift to me and my family. We know she is getting help on household chores, errands, preparing meals, and true helpful companionship. Defiantly independent at 93, the professional care and communication First Light, John and Christine provide Mom sets my heart and mind at ease. It is also helping mom stay current and continue to use her "gadgets" as she still works on a computer and uses an iphone.

A hands-on business-owner couple. They are both nice & kind couple. They both deserve all the kind words that one could ever think of. The very 1st time I spoke to Miss Christine over the phone , I could tell right away that she has a big heart & caring. I would definitely recommend FIRSTLIGHT HOME CARE to everybody who needs excellent care right in their humble abode. When my wife's grandmother needed in-home care we didn't think twice about calling FirstLight, John and Christine are both amazing people and their entire staff caries the same values and concern. They truly made her last few months more manageable and the care and love the staff showed her was above and beyond anything we ever expected. I know Christine & John Hamby. When I found out that they had a new company in the Temecula area offering home care I knew this was a perfect fit for them. John is a veteran and has concerns for veterans and Christine is such a caring person that they have all bases covered. At this time I do not need their service, but when I do they will get my business.
