List of Graybill Medical Group - Temecula Office's Reviews
The phone system for this medical group is outrageous. I have waited several times more than 20 minutes to get through to a human being. And then your still not connected to a doctors office, they send a text to the doctors office, and someone, sometime, will return your call. It's been like this for at least two years and this demonstrates how much they care about their patients. Go to another medical group. It's disgusting.
I haven't been here for over a year due to pandemic, and i usually go to same doctor but unfortunately his no longer there & I'm kind a worried to have new doctor that i might not be comfortable or not feel cared, till i met Dr Carla Soler, it was my first time meeting her, i had my physical exam, and she's very nice, she's very caring, and i felt comfortable telling her about my health concerns. The nurse with her at that time also was very nice and sweet. I would recommend Dr. Soler for sure.
The scheduling supervisor "Susie" is more interested in Graybill's policies and protocols than patient care and patients that are in pain. Our normal primary care physician isn't available until 3 weeks from now. Susie thinks that it's just fine for a patient to remain in pain for 3 weeks without trying to expedite an appointment or allow us to use Graybill Escondido where we live vs. Graybill Temecula where she is based. Her reasons make no sense. "You have to go to an office close to us." "Because you're in a different county, the insurance won't cover it." We called a case manager to help. Susie would not allow them to help. It seems as if she wants to keep her patient in pain and make them wait vs. doing ANYTHING at all that can help them.
Terrible. Took multiple calls after my visit to get my prescriptions called in (which were discussed during the visit), and then I wasn't even given refills. Was charged for 2 visits when I saw the doctor for maybe 10 minutes, and she rushed me out of there, clearly wanted to be anywhere but with me. When I got sick my own doctor's office was apparently the only one in Temecula that won't do a covid test. They wanted me to drive myself and my 3 sick kids an hour away for a test at their other office when I could get one literally anywhere else in town. Multiple bad experiences here, I'll never go back.
This review is not for our actual doctor in this office . She is amazing! The problem is with the actual office. The entire medical building has poor phone lines. Good luck reaching anyone. Good luck getting your prescriptions filled because when they send them electronically they do not go through! I dealt with another office in same building and same issue. If Graybill Temecula wants to be successful then they need to either address the landlord or move to another office.
Zero stars, since Dr Lizotte left no reason to stay. Awful front office staff, terrible phone system, can be on hold for up to an hour. They dismiss anything you complain about,it is just about turning over patients for cash. Run far far away. We stayed because of the excellent care we received form Dr Lizotte and will be traveling further to continue seeing him.
The first time a doctor saw me here she asked if I wanted acne medication even though I was only there for a wellness check, and then my symptoms were constantly dismissed even when they put me in the er and following my er visits I had to call the office multiple times to get my prescription sent in. I changed my pcp and we actually laughed over how ridiculously my doctor had dismissed my symptoms and now I am being tested for autoimmune diseases and being sent to a specialist, but the doctors here thought nothing was wrong with me.
I wish I could give them Zero stars. Went in for shoulder pain. Was told they ordered a sonogram. Went to sonogram and it was a vein ultrasound checking the entire arm for blood clots. I have zero symptoms of or risk factors for blood clots. Called back and asked what happened. "Our bad! Go to this sonogram next Monday and it will look for soft tissue damage, bursitis etc.". I waited all weekend, in pain with nothing but 'take some Advil and ice it' Went to a different facility for the new sonogram, only to be told they don't do that kind of test and only a specialist has the equipment and radiologists for such a test. Was turned away. Called back - and you have to call through a central receptionist because there are no direct lines to individual offices - and the medical 'ass'istant denied knowledge of or responsibility for the screw up. Wanted to send me back to the original place, an hour plus from my home, when that first facility also said they don't do the test. That's when I quit and called an orthopedic surgeon in San Diego. Total lack of empathy, patient care, personalization and even BASIC knowledge of what tests can and cannot be ordered and performed. I'm looking forward to not paying what they demand when I receive the bill. Maybe I can send them to several different banks I use to try to get their money.... then again, I doubt they have the collective intellect to understand the irony. None of this review is a lie, and the Opinions are mine, which we are all permitted to have and share.
We moved to the area from Long Beach where we had Memorial Care. With Memorial Care, referrals, tests, specialist appointment were all handled by the PCP office and never took more than a day or two. With Graybill it takes weeks to months to just see a specialist or get simple imaging. For example, they sent me home and told I needed to get a CT Scan stat and they put in the referral. I then spent 6 hours on the phone trying to get an appointment for less than a month out. Meanwhile I'm in pain and pissing blood. This is not healthcare. Graybill should have made a same day appointment for me. I shouldn't have to do and of this stuff myself. Terrible terrible terrible.
I agree with other posts about this being run like a corporation. There is no personal attention or bedside manner. The staff is incompetent, not submitting referrals, impossible to get a hold of your office, nurses, etc. Today I showed up for my appointment and they had no record of an appointment for me today or any other day. They could not have cared less. I do not recommend them at all. Save yourself some time, misery and a headache.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
