I am so shocked by the number of good reviews for this place. Dr Chakraborty and Michelle his PA are horrible. Michelle "accidentally " kept me on super strict diet for 14 months. In that time I gained Pancreatitis, Kidney issues and had a stroke. All because of the rapid weight-loss. All Michelle would say was "im sorry, I was only supposed to have you on that diet for 2 weeks"....!!!2 weeks!!! And she kept me on it for over a year. 9 visits to the office during that time to complain about the diet and she just kept saying "you have to stay on it". When the Dr was told what she had done while in my hospital room he had the audacity to laugh about it. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

I’m an RN with 40 years experience as a nurse administrator. I had an EGD at Trinity Medical Group. My G.I. doctor was Dr. Saunders. I was extremely satisfied with her care and the care at the surgery center that performed the EGD. The pre-op nurse was professional and kind. The anesthesiologist was professional and I had no issues with Anesthesia. The surgery center is very modern and extremely clean. So if you travel far and wide to get a colonoscopy or upper endoscopy I would suggest coming to Trinity medical group and save yourself a long trip. I am more than satisfied with the care, I’m delighted with the care. I only have one observation/recommendation: registration should be done in a more private area.

Great office is nice and clean staff is good I could talk about Brady’s a great doctor I’ve been seeing him maybe over probably 10 years he knows his stuff.

I called for consultation. Person answered: “Consult or procedure” .. “I’ll transfer you to operator”.. Recording; “operator busy I’ll transfer you to backup operator”. New recording: “backup operator busy, I’ll transfer you to main office”. Start all over. Lol I guess not.

I had a positive cologuard test and my doctor sent me to this office. My intial visit with Chakrabarty Indraneel was on 4/15/2022. Note you dont actually meet with the doctor you meet with an assistant. Youll never meet the doctor except maybe 3 minutes before surgery. Four surgery cancelations over a 3 months perriod later I finished the colonoscopy. The cancelation reasons included "were closing a few days before memorial day weekend" or the "Dr has vaction planned". Thats fine but it seems like they should have known that in advance and i had to rework my work schedule several times. The last one was that they found out last minute the surgery center was out of network and wasnt covered by insurance so they had to move it again. They had 3 months to work on this? and they barely called the day before. My surgery went fine and they removed some polyps. They posted my results online but insisted they dont discuss any results over the phone good or bad. I asked to schedule an appointment with the DR and they again stated he doesnt take appointments so it would be with his assistant. I declined. The uploaded results indicated everything was "benign" so it seems like a cash grab for them to just tell me that in a 5 minute appointment and not over the phone and having to wait several weeks again.

Went in for a consult. The Dr. wanted to schedule a colonoscopy. 3 weeks later I still haven’t heard from them yet. I’ve called them several times and they aren’t even answering there phones. Paid my $90 deductible guess I won’t be able to recover it. I’ve scheduled an appointment with United Gasterologist also in Temecula. Let’s hope they will handle there business better.

I had my first appointment at Dr. Chakrabarty's office recently. And I was seen by Michelle Porter for my 1st assessment. I was so impressed by everyone in this office. Everyone was so relaxed and everyone was friendly and kind. All of my questions were answered and everything was explained to me thoroughly. I was given all the information I need printed out to take home and how to contact them for questions. I did, days later call to ask a question and even the kind women who I spoke with on the phone was friendly with a light and easy demeanor. I'll be having a couple of procedures soon and I feel very safe and confident that I'm in the best of care.
