Simply don't care about people. Patients are the resin they exist. Not the other way around. Not a kind group.

Long wait. Rushed through. I didn't feel listened to. Finally went to Shiley Eye Center in La Jolla. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

This company drives me nuts!! I called them last Thursday to place my contact lens order. I was told I "couldn't do that because the eye doctor I saw last month didn't finalize my prescription." What? And why couldn't the response have been "sure, we can place your order, we just need to finalize your prescription first."  I was told to call their other office location (again, bizarre they couldn't handle this for me). I called and got the other office location's voicemail, I left a message and waited. 24 hours went by so I called again, the woman who answered told me she couldn't help me because she was the "answering service." She could only send that office an email. Really?? I explained to her that I tried calling them yesterday and I wanted to receive my contacts prior to the next Friday. That didn't matter to her. I decided to call that other office again to get my prescription finalized and I finally got through to someone. I then asked her to order my contacts. She said she could not do that. I had to call the original office back. What???? You people are making money from this contact order, are you not?? So, I attempted to call the original office back and I've been disconnected twice today. Ridiculous!! I called and pushed the button for an appointment instead and I got to a person. But this wasn't a person who could order my contacts she has to put me through to someone else. I FINALLY got through to this infamous person who was capable of placing my contact order and her system was down so she wasn't able to take my money for contacts. Craziness. How do they stay in business??

We've had exams & glasses from both the Hemet & Temecula offices. Good exams from both locations. Great choice of frames at both locations. Yesterday we saw Dr Geller in Temecula. We were impressed by the interior retina eye photo. We would highly recommend the Temecula location based on yesterday

I paid full for my eyeglasses last OCTOBER 31st 2019.  After 1 personal visit and two calls I  received a notice for pick up on JANUARY 20TH 2020.  Thank you Stephanie for calling  your vendor to expedite the order.

My appointment was at 10:30am didn't get seen till a whole hour later, only for Dr. Jonathan M Geller to have no excuse not apologize. Dr Geller was quick to noticed he hadn't seen me in a while, I replied " I now remember why I stopped going, apart of having to wait over an hour, my past experience in their service has been WHAM BAM! It's strictly about scamming as much as they can from patients. My check up took a total of 10 minutes. Without doing my eye exam he was fast to push eye surgery on me, keep in mind all I use and need are reading glasses. Then once I was escorted out to the section where glasses are picked. Never was I offered any options or suggestions, they were fast to push the most expensive glasses because I have one of the best insurance. I asked if they had any glasses that were covered by my insurance? Her answer was "you have  amazing insurance! Without asking me  on my prescription they tagged on every optional added. I left took my prescription over to AMERICA'S BEST contact & eyeglasses at 40810 Winchester Rd #2 Temecula. For what inland eye Specialists we're trying to sale me, I was able to purchase Two pair of glasses with upgrades for half thee coast!!! I WILL NEVER recommend Temecula Eye specialist to anyone. All the care about is how they'd going to take advantage of the consumer.

Appointment time was at 2pm. They took me back at 2:40. I do not know what has changed here but the last couple of appointments there is a longer than the usual 5-10 min wait. My bill was 99.00 I gave them a 100.00 after waiting 10 mins they came out and asked if I had a card due to they did not have change! The staff is friendly and the location is convenient.  They just need to manage the schedule   Had a second appointment again l have been waiting nearly a hour and still not even in an exam room yet.

Incredibly unprofessional receptionist. They made an error with my appointment and were not willing to accommodate me. I clearly explained I'm traveling and dont have the leisure or rescheduling for a week. I lost a days worth of income because of their mistake!! Screw these people!

Why is the wait ALWAYS so long here? Even when there is no one else in the waiting room. Usually about a 45 minute wait for any member of my family. Poor scheduling!!

The overall exam was great and fast! The doctor was very informative and friendly. However this review is for how long it took to get my new glasses. The whole process was a disaster. I decided to use my own frames and just get the lenses switched out and somehow they put the wrongs lenses and size in my frames and then broke my frames. So I had to pick out new ones for free which was nice however I barely just got my new glasses after a 4 week process! Took a whole month and was just frustrating. Not sure if I will use them again if I need new frames again.
