Karen E. Muchowski's Online Review Report Card

Dr.Muchowski is a wonderful doctor. I moved to Temecula in 2018 so I needed a new doctor. Since seeing her my whole family goes to her now. I have never met a more sincere caring doctor ever. I would most definitely recommend her to anyone.

I am 85 years old and have had dozens of doctors through the years, in different states, in small clinics, and in major national hospitals. Dr. Muchowski is at the top of my "all-time best doctor" list. Not only does she listen carefully to a patient's needs, she is empathetic in dealing with their issues. She is an extremely knowledgeable doctor. Dr. Muchowski never treats a patient like "just another patient" to deal with.

Dr Muchowski was the meanest doctor ever. She was condescending and spoke to me like I was stupid and basically disregarded my medical history (I'm only 24 and a patient from Loma Linda as a child). She disregarded my lab work from the ED a week ago as well. Never addressed my concerns but told me to return in 4 weeks. Why would anyone return?

I have found her to be attentive to my concerns and a desire to keep me healthy. I’m 75 and need special care. She’s great.

I was exceptionally pleased with Dr. Muchowskis care and knowledge. I was an RN for 30 years and would feel comfortable recommending her to anyone. She is very thorough and from what I can discern stays up with the latest studies. Her nurse Teresa is very efficient and friendly as are the front desk girls. Patricia Tobey

Very through in her physical for my first visit. She even palpated my thyroid which other Dr’s had never done before. Her follow up with my Cardiologist was really helpful in determining whether I was supposed to take a prescription that I dreaded. Thank God her follow through spared me. She represents what good medical practice is all about.

Dr. Muchowski would never give me any of the special provider referrals I asked for and continued to insist on alternative meds/ therapies for issues I brought to her attention. I feel like her only objective was to schedule me for more visits that she could then charge me for. My insurance requires a pcp referral before allowing me to see a specialist so I have still not had any of my concerns addressed.

What a joke! Here is just the beginning of what is wrong with this place! The Dr took my intake info. Questioned the medication I was on. Refilled the medication at the WRONG dosage (never-mind that I've been on the medication for quite some time). Then took labs. I find it interesting to practice medicine this way as how do you know what dosage I should be on without seeing the labs. I just got the lab results and only TSH was taken for thyroid...no T3...no T4. Not to mention anything else of importance like cholesterol. So, now I get to pay the bill! Why am I paying for a service that I didn't get?? Save yourself the heart ache and the hours of waiting for service that doesn't exist!

You will be hard pressed to find a doctor willing to spend more time speaking with you about your concerns, that shows empathy, and a genuine compassion for your health and well being. She is engaged, listens, offers solutions, and is flexible in directing you in the care you need that fits your life and desires, while also offering professional guidance. After two visits, she knows more about my health, habits and overall care than any other Primary Care I have ever had. If you want a knowledgeable doctor that listens and cares about you, you simply cannot do better than Dr. Muchowski.
