We are given this doctor from our insurance. I can never make an appointment since no one answers the phone and voicemail is full. The recording only says to call back later
The doctor is kind and courteous so are the nurses weve dealt with but the front desk staff are awful. Phones are hardly answered they never return calls when they state they will and are kind of rude or short with you.
Could not properly diagnose my daughter with chicken pox and then denied her carw
Love love LOVE everyone here. My twin girls and I truly enjoyed being here. Sadly we moved hours away and the drive had become a HUGE hassel. So we had to recently move doctors for my girls😭❤
I took my daughter to see Dr. Vasant when my daughter developed these water filled bumps on her head and something I had mistaken for a bad diaper rash. I told the doctor I felt strongly it could be chickenpox because I was very confident that I had shingles. She told me that there was no correlation between shingles and chickenpox. A simple google search would tell you otherwise.During the visit her rash was mostly on her groin and head and I had to asked her multiple times to check my daughters groin. She told me there was no way it could be chickenpox and that it was a staph infection. She prescribed my daughter an ointment and antibiotics.I gave my daughter the antibiotics and the next day she was covered in bumps. I didn’t feel right about the diagnosis and had a virtual appointment set up where I could send the doctors photos of her rash. He told me immediately that it was chickenpox. The next day I give the office a call and tell them that I saw another doctor for my daughter and he said that it was chickenpox and if she can be seen again. The receptionist told me that Dr. Vasant would call me back. I called the office at 10am and I didn’t receive a call back until 2pm. Dr. Vasant straight up told me that I could believe who I wanted to believe. She did not offer to see my daughter again. She was super adamant about being right instead of just doing the right thing. We all make mistakes sometimes and all I wanted was her to check my daughter again which she did not offer honestly felt she was refusing just kept telling me it was staph and she needed to take the antibiotics.I went to Murrieta Express Care to get a third opinion. Not only did a doctor confirm I had shingles and my daughter currently has chickenpox she also swabbed my daughter for staph for peace of mind.

I'm actually very upset that I stuck with this doctor for so long. I didn't want the language barrier to be the reason so I stayed now I'm leaving due to her lack of sympathy and sense of urgency for my children. My daughter has had back pain for 2 MONTHS. I have took her to the ER 2 times and they referred us to 2 different specialist. Now the doctor thought it would be best to blame it on me not signing a release for. Mind you I sent pictures to her nurse who by the way lied about the referrals being in process. Did I mention the doctor was beyond rude and attacking me about the papers. SHAME ON YOU. Her diagnosises or always that it will be ok pretty much. She never goes in depth or trys to deplete all options. And she doesn't wear her mask properly either. IM DONE WITH HER! BEWARE OF THIS FACILITY!!!!!!!!
Dr. Vasant is very thorough caring
We like Dr Vasant however her business is run so poorly. Half the time I call it goes to voicemail and rarely get a call back. More importantly our son had blood work and an ultrasound done for stomach issues and the doctor never called us to discuss the results. Even if there was nothing to discuss she should have called us instead of us worrying and having to call them to get results. Weve since switched pediatricians and have repeatedly requested our paperwork be transferred over and it still hasnt been done. Also the office is very run down and depressing for a pediatric space. Dont waste your time here and find a different doctor.
Inconvenience and incomprehension is what this villager doctor is all about. She hates men particularly and can be fueled just by one appointment and the way I was approached. My boy was not treated well and my questions were not answered. Then I got a peek at their screen and figured all appointments were women. I asked for her license number or certificates of continuing education or sorts to make sure she is not practicing medicine on bases of the 20th century medical practices but she was. I suggest you retire soon because on my best and many other gay couples which you have mistreated might make your life miserable big time. We had to wait on the unhygienic il-maintained place because these Indians were haven't a family meeting, what an unethical piece of. Having said that, this would be the first place that will be infested with COVID-19. Remember their name people they rob us and don't provide services. GO BACK TO YOUR COUNTRY!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
