Went today to pick up something for my mom. The front desk lady was extremely rude! I even heard her say “ughh i just want to go to lunch” who says that out loud? You should consider another job if you complain about an easy task your job is literally to help others. So unprofessional!

Front desk people friendly. Not too content with my results. Still not doing well with my shoulder and neck. Im most likely going to seek a second opinion

Dr Luna is the best Orthopaedic surgeon around! He fixed my neck problem with surgery and I've felt better ever since and the follow up care has been great! Thanks Dr Luna for making me feel better I was in so much pain a year ago but you made me feel so much better so I can live my life again and I can't thank you enough for all you do for your patients!

Patricia Andrade and Yvette Luna are extremely professional when dealing with complex medical issues. They treat there patents as is they were there own family members. It's difficult to find people in the medical field that truly care about the well being of their patents , these wonderful people do.

Staff is very unprofessional and can’t do their job right. I had made an appointment and showed up for it and apparently the front office didn’t even put me on the schedule (but they managed to have all my information and X-rays they had sent me to do so I know it wasn’t my mistake) so I showed up and wasn’t able to be seen and apart from that I took time off my work day all for nothing because of their mistake. Then the receptionist tries to tell me to come in the next day as if I didn’t just take time off today for nothing. Staff is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people’s time.

No aftercare, I'm worse off then I was before surgery. Biggest mistake I ever made in my life.
