I had a bad ankle break and went to Temecula Valley Hospital, who referred me to Dr. Robinson. Dr. Robinson was very professional, calm, and super helpful in explaining what the situation was and his recommended care plan. Surgery went great - and follow up care has been awesome as well. His office is always busy, but I haven't had any issues or complaints, I just know that I might wait a little while - but good care is worth being patient. Everyone I've talked to (in the medical field and out) that knows Dr. Robinson raves about his skilled medical care. I hope to not need his services again, but should the need arise, I won't hesitate calling Dr. Robinson.

Dr Robinson is amazing however the staff is the problem. Called multiple times and it’s difficult to get a hold of someone. Leave voicemails and do not get a call back. It’s been three days of calling but no response. At this point I might need to go to the office in order to get a response. Please improve on staffing behaviors.

Wow the receptionist is an absolute monster!! Just a horrible nasty personality . Dr . Robinson was referred by the hospital but I think I’ll go elsewhere . She sure can drive away business.

Not only did he repair a badly injured broken ankle but had to undo what poor ER visit had done to the already broken ankle. Skilled surgeon and has a wonderful, honest bedside manner.

Ruptured my patellar tendon. Got an appointment within an hour of calling the office. Dr. Robinson was very prompt even though I was a last minute addition to his schedule. He explained everything regarding my injury and subsequent surgery and recovery time-line. Surgury was a great success. Doctor takes the time to answer all my questions. All staff members are friendly. Every thing has been hassle free. While I am not a doctor myself, my father was a practicing orthopedic surgeon for 55 years, so I have a bit of an idea how this should all work. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Robinson. Great skills, great doctor, great staff.

Ruptured patellar tendon on the weekend. Dr. Robinson was able to get me in first thing Monday morning. After a thorough exam and explanation of the need for surgery, I was all scheduled to have the repair done the next day!! ( When I injured my knee I went to the er and had x-rays an ct scan done. Dr. Robinson's office was able to get those from the hospital, thus saving me time and money during my initial consult.) Surgery went well, he is a very skilled doctor. Always has time for questions, even questions from my wife. Staff is great, wait times are great. I really get the feeling that everyone has my best interest at heart and is really looking out for me. Definitely recommend.

Hands down one of the best best orthopedic surgeons I’ve ever met. He saved my husbands leg from literally being amputated after he developed severe compartment syndrome. He acted fast, did what he needed to do to save my husbands leg, and the after care from him was smooth sailing and fantastic . Had he not saved my husbands leg, his entire career would have been destroyed. So we can’t thank this man enough.

Dr Robinson has been outstanding with care for my right knee. Surgery was on point. The follow-up care has been equally outstanding, Now, my spine will require surgery, he was again on point to explain and pin-point the reason for numbness in my right foot. He tried PT, Spine Treatment Injections first, not rushing to surgery first. He is awesome! Explains everything, makes you feel confident in his care. Thanks, Dr Robinson for taking such good care of me.

Dr. Robinson is a very mellow guy. He performed two hip surgeries on me and they came out great. However, there can be a very long wait. You have to realize though that he is a surgeon and they get called in to surgery out of no where sometimes so it is not always his fault that he is late and backed up.

Maybe he is a good doctor..who knows? I got there early as required. I'd notified them where my xrays were etc. When I got there, tge front office was clueless and unprofessionally dressed. Told me I would have to see doctor and get new xrays and come back for another appt. It seemed like they wanted to double bill and also waste a lot of time. I'd just had xrays and had explained everything when I made the appt! Hugely disappointed and upset...i walked out. Save yourself time and frustration..skip this guy
