Not really impressed.
I love Dr Baush he my primary and is very professional yet very kind and patient, he is great at answering all my questions. Dr. Baush is the first doctor I’ve ever had that actually follows up with me on procedures and lab test from other doctors, I’ve never had any other doctors actually do that and I really respect him for that. His offices are very clean and his staff is excellent very professional and very easy to work with, I would highly recommend Dr. Baush!
Dr. Basch and his staff are amazing! Everyone is very pleasant and are always happy to care for my health. I recombed this physician to everyone!
Dr. Basch is caring and genuinely attentive to my healthcare needs and concerns. I was diagnosed with a bacteria in my gut and my former Dr neglected my health she wasn’t searching for answers and immediately after seeing Dr. Basch we found cause and treatment. Thank you Dr. Basch you truly are gem in the healthcare.
Wonderful Doctor....Wonderful staff
Dr. Basch was automatically assigned to me as my PCP through my insurance (which does not change PCP's at any time). His name is literally listed on my insurance card as the only PCP I can go to.After a traumatizing 8 day stay in the hospital, I was informed by the hospital staff this this was my PCP and that the information for my stay was forwarded to the Doctor's office and to call after a week to make a follow up appointment to test my levels and check in on an infection. When I called, I was told I was not a patient and needed to fill out the new patient form located on the website. The website gave me a printable form with no option to get it to the providers office. When I called I was told I had to bring it in or I could email it, but that I couldn't even make an appointment without it. So I filled it out and emailed it along with my insurance card with Dr. Basch's name on it. I was told to call after I sent it because the doctor sometimes deletes the emails...So I called. Where I was met with someone who didn't understand how they could receive the forms I scanned and emailed to them, told me I couldn't make and appointment and then went on to say they don't even have anything for over a month... I went to the ER, I was in the hospital for 8 days, I may still be experiencing the infection that went septic... and as I explain this, the office manager then proceeds to tell me that maybe they can't see me at all because I've upset the front office staff. THIS IS MY PCP, THE ONLY ONE MY INSURANCE COVERS AND I'M IN THE MIDDLE OF MEDICAL EMERGENCY! This is negligence at the very least. I wouldn't recommend off of the front office staff alone, they'll let you die unless you physically walk in the paperwork to them.BTW... I'm a medical assistant, I can absolutely scan and email in my paperwork without issue.
Dr is my dads dr very good dr I need a new dr I may go to him
Dr Basch is a very caring and pleasant doctor. He listens to the patient and then diagnose the problem. He follows his patients treatment and plays the medical manager role for long term medical care. He is very detail oriented and carefully choses his decisions. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. They go to the extra mile for you. They have a happy demeanor which reflects pleasant feelings when you are greeted by their smiles.
Every time I visit the office staff is very polite and so courteous to me. It's the one Drs office I don't mind visiting. The wait time is below average which is great, they do their best to accommodate everyone in a timely fashion. Dr. Basch himself takes the time to actually find out what is wrong and he cares and asks appropriate questions. He is a definitely a rare find.
Dr. Michael Bash is an amazing medical doctor. I just moved to California from out of state. And he has been so thorough and gone through all of my medical records and has really given me exceptional care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
