Friendly staff! Can be difficult to get a hold of them BUT lately all facilities have been super busy-so totally understandable.However, would not recommend they're Prenatal care. Went on my first appointment at 8wks and nothing besides urine test and orientation to program was done. Next appointment scheduled a month from now. I will be 3 months by then and they only mentioned bloodwork. No ultrasound, or heartbeat, measurements or anything to verify health of baby. Ended changing provider due to that. Their women's care in general is pretty good though :)

Dr. Sopheap Ly is very knowledgeable,  professional and listens very well to her patient's needs. I highly recommend her!

We had Dr. Sopheap Ly this morning and I have to say, she was so nice, professional, and personable. 5 star doctor!!!

This place is scary don't expect to get anywhere anytime fast, you can't talk to anyone for no less than half an hour wait and more than likely going to need to talk to a manager and still wait for a call  four hours later. they misspell your name several times they will lose your information they try to set appointments with doctors that you don't need there waiting list actually means....you need to call us because we're not gonna call you. it's been two months and I've only seen one doctor and it wasn't even the doctor I needed his office was rude they did not send my prescriptions I had to call the main office they couldn't get a hold of them it took me six hours after the appointment to get my prescriptions. Honestly this is borderline neglect and negligible behavior.. so here's an update they made another appointment that I didn't need so another day that I couldn't go to work for no reason. They now have an automated system where they say they're going to call you back but they don't and meaning you have to call the office anyways and wait on hold for 30 minutes so that you can talk to somebody assuming you don't have to talk to the manager again. They don't tell you that they're going to cancel the appointments or that the appointment was made wrong. And when I finally talk to a supervisor not only did she repeatedly say There's nothing I can do about that there's nothing I can do about...over and over but then she said no now it's my time to talk and then after I did not let her be rude to me she hung up.

I have been a patient here for years but it's time to consider a different clinic that has the patient's health care and overall well being in their best interest. The quality of service and staff has drastically declined over the years, but the core value in and of itself was never there to begin with.I'm not sure what Derrick Wright is certified in, but he's certainly not deserving of a physician's assistant position. He's more of a medical assistant or less, since his duties include showing you out the building's emergency exit after a careless and dismissive exam, without giving you a proper prognosis of your symptoms or even a summary of the visit at the end for you to take home and review, NOTHING. Unlike any other health clinic I've been to or medical professional I've consulted. Lowest class in this industry at it's finest.Medical assistants withhold your personal lab results for weeks and will lie about when and where they will release them to you, also not doing what they say they will do. Eventually leaving you no other options than to have you physically pick them up in person, especially during a pandemic, just because they are too lazy to email or upload them to their out-of-date "online patient portal" website, which by the way is completely pointless.Also, speaking of their useless website, their network was hacked and eventually breached of patients' information in 2020, and is still likely being run by a teenaged hacker living in a basement, which would explain it's extreme inconsistencies and unreliability.  This should have been a major red flag to RUN AWAY in the first place and switch clinics when I was notified at the time. Big and regretful mistake.Lazy, careless, unreliable, dismissive, shady are a few words to best sum up the medical staff here. Wait times are ridiculous. This "ghetto neighborhood" clinic is where rejected and unprofessional physicians, physician assistants, medical assistants and other staff end up. Save yourself the time, stress and frustration and avoid this clinic and Derrick Wright at all costs. There are plenty other and better options.

Terrible service. My wife went yesterday for a flue shot and had to wait over an hour to be helped. Only after she went and asked them how much longer they told her she needed to sign in even thought she had already signed in, then rudely told her to wait.  She again went today because my daughter had an appointment for a physical exam, my wife took my daughter out of school to be on time and the appointment and again took over an hour, she went and asked again. When they were going to see my daughter and basically told her she needed to wait. My wife actually left because she got upset. 30 minutes later after my wife left, they called her on the phone that they were ready to see her. That was actually about one an half hours after her appointment time. It's ridiculous. Bad service, bad manners. No care for peoples time

This place doesn't accept phone calls almost entirely.The phone recording educate us to how to wash hands while I was waiting for an appointment arrangement.

Poor service and their policies are not forgiving for being late for less then 10 minutes... especially if you have anyone with special needs....do not go here!!

Sonya is so kind. She has been working there for over 20years. The way she has been there for my family over the years has touched my heart. She treats you like an old friend not as a patient or as a number. When you have a health concern, it's already stressful. But when you are greeted and take of Care of by Sonya it's comforting like you are with a soothing mother. Her warm voice and kind eyes is so gentle. It's not neighborhood Health Care without Sonya. I hope she gets a huge promotion. She definitely deserves it for all the love , loyalty, and care she has given to the community.
