We have seen both Dr Lawrence and Dr Hillary Avera. Both are wonderful with our son. We never feel rushed during appointments, they are both so great with our kid during the appointments and checkups, and answer any and all questions we have. We originally started at the office with Dr Lu and were happy transitioning to them once she retired.

Unresponsive, trying to reach the office to their number in severals times from 10 am - 10:40am , only its recording device , I am waiting for over 15 minutes..

Beware of this practice if you actually need medical care in a rehab/skilled nursing facility. They are contracted with Regal Medical Group (which is also the worst) you are then assigned to one doctor, Dr. Rolando Gutierrez. He happily collects medicare payments while not providing any proper medical care. He is unresponsive and does not provide timely approval for medications causing unnecessary suffering for his patients. He does not communicate updates to the family and is more interested in appeasing the insurance company than in providing necessary medical care.

The doctors, PAs, and ALL the staff are very dedicated to patient care. I have had only positive experiences in several of their offices. They actually listen to you when you share concerns or information. They are friendly and professional.
