Would rate 0 stars if I could. Worst experience in my life. Had an appointment at 9, was not taken back until 930. Sat for another 30 minutes before somebody told me the doctor I was suppose to is on call for delivery at the hospital. Completely understandable as I work in radiology at a hospital. 20 minutes later still no update as to the resident, np, or pa that was suppose to come in. At the same time I can hear patients who had later appointments and came in later than me talking with the clinicians. Wish I would have look at Yelp prior to making an appointment. Found them through my insurance. Waste of time, and gas and I still have my medical questions not answered nor addressed.

Friendly my doctor explains all my blood test recommended dietician and add 1 more meds and explain to me why it’s necessary. Attentive appointments are met in the tight time . No long wait . Greet you a sincere smile.

It's really sad when a Doctor's office that was told that you no longer have medical insurance, because of a major cut in pay and they still bill like you have medical insurance. I'm glad that I saw them for who they are instead. They only care about the money, and can't seem to understand that your about to loose you home car and be on the streets because of COVID-19 when it's hard to keep a job instead they should find out why one of their offices didn't update that person's insurance information. They were told every time that when it was needed to see one of the doctor's that we cancel our insurance.

The medical care may be great, if you can get past their rigid financial gate-keeper girls. Their priority clearly appears to be finances, even when you have health insurance. You get multiple calls from billing department but not one call concerned about your health. Finally got in to see an MD, who seemed knowledgeable.
